Our 21-month-old baby had nummular eczema on their armpits, inner elbows, elbows, tops of feet, and thighs. The dryness was so severe that I feared it might develop into atopic dermatitis. We tried all sorts of emollient creams and ointments. Even the highly-praised Bepan***, Bep***, Pant***, Dex***, and Lido*** couldn't tackle the issue. When I went to the pharmacy, the pharmacist recommended this product, so I decided to give it a try (it's cheaper on Hwahae, by the way! It's about $20 at pharmacies). The texture is very rich, similar to Desi***. You only need to apply a small amount to the affected areas. I didn't know this at first and squeezed out a lot to apply all over the body - it looked like I was coating the baby in flour! I bought it the day before yesterday and applied it once, and the results were amazing. I highly recommend it. There are so many ads for it, so I'll use it moderately, haha! The lid... haha! It's hard to open, and when I applied some force, it kind of broke. What a surprise! You need to apply it in small amounts. It's a texture that doesn't spread easily, as you might expect from a rash cream. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedDec 23, 2020
It's great that this liquid version of the classic baby powder can be used without affecting the respiratory system. It's not as powdery as I expected, and it feels quite heavy when applied. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMar 17, 2020
When my skin gets irritated and red, I apply this before bed and wake up with it looking normal again. It definitely seems to work well. It's very sticky and leaves a white cast when applied... Even when you try to rub it in, it doesn't blend well. While it's effective, the absorption isn't great. Just one dab with your finger is enough for application! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 9, 2018
This diaper rash cream acts like a protective white shield for baby's bottom. When you notice a slight rash developing, apply it gently. You'll typically see improvement within about two days of use. It's quite pricey for such a small amount. Perhaps because it's a French product? I wish it were more affordable... Apply it thinly over the rash area, gently dabbing it on like you're dotting the skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMay 28, 2018
It's the best diaper rash cream out there! After bath time, I apply it to any rashes or red areas, and by morning, they've completely cleared up. It goes on with a white cast, similar to old-fashioned sunscreens. The residue left on my hands feels thick and sticky, which isn't pleasant and always makes me want to wash my hands. However, it does seem to effectively protect my baby's bottom, so I can't complain too much. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 13, 2018
The fragrance is lovely, but... after buying it, I noticed some not-so-great ingredients. I'll have to think twice about repurchasing. I bought this to use on my baby, but because of the ingredients, I'm considering just using it myself instead. - yh******Dry SkinRecommendedMay 11, 2018
My baby is 100 days old, and while there's no rash yet, applying this to the skin folds helps soothe the area quickly. I'm not sure about its effectiveness yet. I think I need to use it more to know for sure. However, I feel reassured that the ingredients are safe. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 15, 2018
When applied to baby diaper rash, you can immediately see the area become soft and supple by the next diaper change. It has a slightly sticky texture, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're expecting a soothing gel feel. Simply dab it onto the diaper rash area. It's very easy to use. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 19, 2017
I absolutely love this product! I'm definitely going to keep buying and using it. It's a bit disappointing that it leaves a white cast, but the effectiveness is still good. When applied in a thin layer, it works wonderfully. - ch*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinAug 28, 2017
My baby's neck had a red, bumpy rash - maybe eczema or heat rash. I applied this to keep the area dry, and it cleared up in just one day! It's challenging to use on skin folds due to severe white cast. It dries quickly, making it hard to spread evenly. If not applied well, it can leave a powdery residue in the folds, which worries me as it might get into the baby's mouth.
