It's perfect for cool or mute skin tones! The vibe is incredible, and when you smudge it... wow. The color payoff is stronger than expected. The shade is truly beautiful, the case is pretty, and the applicator tip is decent too. The staying power is average, and there's no staining effect. - yh******Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 21, 2020
This seems to be a beautiful color for those with cool undertones. When applied lightly and smudged, it gives a soft pink hue, and when applied more heavily, it turns into a gorgeous blue-pink shade. It's not easy to achieve this kind of color, but it's absolutely stunning. There is some transfer. When applied heavily, it can sometimes look like a tacky pink, but that might be due to eating something and reapplying. - bo******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 5, 2020
Oh my goodness, the color is absolutely stunning! Cool-toned beauties, you simply must get this! It's a gorgeous mauve-tinged pink with an enigmatic hue that's truly captivating. I'm usually not a big fan of MAC due to their quality-to-price ratio, but this one is definitely worth the splurge. It applies smoothly with a rich texture, and when blended, it transforms into a delightful strawberry milk shade. 1. It's drying Being a Powder Kiss formula, some dryness is inevitable. It's not extremely parching, but there's a subtle dry feeling if you don't prep your lips. 2. Transfer and longevity issues It transfers quite a bit, I'm afraid. Especially when drinking water, it tends to clump up on the cup. As expected from a Powder Kiss formula, the staining power isn't great either. 3. Price point I bought it on sale for about $20, but honestly, even that feels a bit steep. In many ways, I think MAC is an overrated brand. For an even prettier look, try applying it over a base lip color. In the photos, I've used LAKA Angelic Pink as a base. You can see how it looks under fluorescent lighting and warm yellow lighting. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 22, 2020
I finally managed to snag this limited edition MAC product! It's perfect for light undertone complexions. When applied together with Laneige, it's an absolute match made in heaven. The scent is a bit off-putting, reminds me of coffee... But other than that, I'm satisfied. - ha*********Normal SkinRecommendedJul 8, 2020
1. The texture is absolutely amazing. Even a small amount provides excellent color payoff and spreads evenly without clumping. The staying power is great, which I'm really happy about. Despite my warm undertones, the cool vibe complements my face beautifully. It's perfect for creating a sophisticated makeup look. 2. Scent: It has a lovely chocolate aroma. 3. It applies smoothly all the way to the inner part of the lips. On dry lips, it tends to accentuate dead skin cells. Like most lip products, it wears off quickly on the inner part of the lips, especially on days when you talk a lot. After applying Kinda Sexy, gently dab it on the inner part of your lips for a seamless blend that works harmoniously with your look. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMay 19, 2020
It applies smoothly without sticking to your teeth, leaving a soft, powdery finish! The color is an absolutely gorgeous soft pink tone that would look amazing on those with light undertones who need a bit more color saturation. It's a total mood-maker! On the hand, it appears slightly warm and deep pink, but on the lips, it transforms into a cooler, brighter pink. With its medium brightness and saturation, it's perfect for light undertones and summer brights who want a more subdued lip color! I was so excited about how beautiful it is that I couldn't stop showing it off to everyone. Even my parents loved it and gave me their seal of approval! I had promised myself not to buy any more lipsticks for a while, but when I heard it was limited edition, I rushed to get it... and I'm so glad I did! This might just become my holy grail lipstick! There's some clumping, so you need to wipe off excess product at the opening, which is a bit inconvenient and can make the tube messy. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 10, 2020
As a summer cool-toned light skin type, I was torn between this and Billion Dollar Smile. But since this was limited edition, I grabbed it first to avoid missing out! Personally, I found the Powder Kiss lipsticks a bit disappointing, but this tint successfully addresses those shortcomings. The lipsticks didn't adhere well and had a powdery texture that I wasn't fond of. However, this tint has a bit more weight to it, improving its staying power! It creates a beautifully velvety finish that looks incredibly pretty on the lips. It's not drying at all, and there's only minimal transfer. The color is an extremely pale, cool-toned pink with a strong blue undertone. It's the epitome of a cool tone! 💗 It's hard to describe, but I've never seen such a blue-leaning pink before. (My iPhone camera tends to make my skin look like a burning sweet potato, so I tried to adjust it, but the photo still doesn't do it justice.) In my opinion, the quality is good, so as long as you choose the right color for you, you should be happy with it. As for me, I'm saving up to buy Billion Dollar Smile next! This might be divisive even among cool-toned folks. If you prefer vibrant pinks, I wouldn't recommend this muted shade. Also, the price... it feels like it's been creeping up bit by bit. For the swatches on my hand, starting from the top left: MAC All Fired Up / Shocking Revelation CLIO Pink Hush / MAC Model Off-Duty I'll skip describing the two small swatches at the bottom.
