I tried using the melting booster on a cotton pad, and it definitely made a difference While the effects were noticeable at first, they seemed to fade over time...

It was gentle yet effective. Another plus was that it didn't cause any blemishes. It couldn't dramatically remove sebum, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the scent was rather odd, which was a letdown. When I applied it to my nose, it wasn't too harsh and didn't irritate my eyes much. I was also pleasantly surprised by how long the product lasted. For my combination dehydrated, sensitive, bumpy, and complex skin... Oh my goodness, to be honest, there's not really anything good about this product. It doesn't even help control excess oil production. I regret using this. After just one application, my nose became so bumpy and irritated, it really shocked me. I immediately had to say goodbye to this product.

In summer, when my skin becomes super oily, it's a battle against sebum. Using this once a week as a special care routine gives a refreshing feeling. The cotton pads from Olive Young (the 1/2 ones?) seem to keep the product moist for longer. If you're a fellow oily skin type struggling with blackheads and own a water peeling device, I highly recommend this! You'll be satisfied with how well it removes sebum. If I had to nitpick, there's a slightly sticky feeling right after removing the cotton pad. If you're feeling lazy, you can do a quick water rinse, or if it's your 'special care' day, follow up with a wash-off mask to eliminate the stickiness. While it works great on the nose, I didn't feel much effect on areas like the cheeks. The most effective areas were the nose, followed by the chin. The first photo shows the sebum extracted after following the routine of [shower, apply with cotton pad, use water peeling device]. The second photo is of the empty bottles! It doesn't seem to irritate the skin! I left it on for about 17 minutes and didn't experience any redness! Plus, it's effective at removing blackheads! The ones on the bridge of my nose disappeared after using it! However, it doesn't remove everything perfectly. The blackheads on the sides of my nose didn't come off easily... I think they might be too deep-seated.

It seems like everyone else is enjoying this product, but I just used it on a whim. It doesn't make much of a difference!! You're better off getting a professional treatment at a dermatologist's office!!!!
