My go-to eyeliner has always been from Clio, but with all the buzz around Daiso's makeup products lately, and since I've been enjoying their lip products, I decided to give their eyeliner a try. I'm impressed by how intensely pigmented and clearly defined the lines are! I usually prefer a softer look, so I've been using the brown shade, but this brown is as bold and vivid as black. For those who love a dramatic, high-impact eyeliner, I highly recommend this. The value for money is truly outstanding! The main drawback of this product is that as time passes, you'll notice some eyeliner particles falling around your eyes. If you were wearing mascara, you might mistake it for mascara flakes, but I only apply eyeliner. This issue is disappointing enough that I had to deduct one star. A friend who bought it with me mentioned the same problem... This product is an absolute legend! After trying many others, I've finally settled on this one. It's incredibly long-lasting - it won't budge unless you intentionally remove it. If you make a mistake, you can easily wipe it off with your fingers, almost like peeling off dead skin cells. Even on nights when I forgot to remove my makeup, I woke up to find this was the only thing still intact. The price is a steal, and if stored properly, it lasts for ages. The brush tip is on the thicker side, which makes precise application and thin lines challenging. Also, the cap is quite flimsy - it cracks easily, leading to closure issues. This is amazing! I have monolids and slightly hooded eyes, so I've always thought eyeliner wouldn't suit me and never used it. But with this, my eyes look more defined, the color payoff is great, and it doesn't smudge easily. I'm so thrilled! The best part? It's only $3 from Daiso! It absorbs beautifully and stays put from morning till evening without smudging. It outperforms Japanese products in terms of staying power. I can't stress enough how this is the best product I've ever used for its smudge-proof quality. For a brown shade, it's quite intense. Be careful when wiping away tears caused by cold weather, as it can come off in clumps.
