I accidentally ordered this and was too lazy to return it, but I ended up using it by chance. It's more hydrating than I expected and even slightly calmed my blemishes. However, it feels like it doesn't wash off completely, so I double cleanse in the evening. It's difficult to control the amount dispensed. I accidentally pressed too hard and a lot came out. There's nothing else I'm particularly disappointed about, except that it doesn't lather up well. It's a good product for gentle morning cleansing, but you need to double cleanse in the evening.

True to Pola's reputation, this product is gentle and has excellent cleansing effectiveness. I exclusively use Pola products, but this one is too watery, making it inconvenient to use. After finishing one bottle, I switched to a different cleanser. It leaves my skin feeling clean. After using it, I noticed a reduction in blemishes. It's on the pricier side. After cleansing, there's less of that squeaky-clean feeling.
