  Pros

  I tried this because my skin was constantly dry~! Just a drop or two keeps my skin moisturized without feeling too oily!

  Cons

  The small amount and not-so-cheap price are downsides. Since I only use a drop or two, I'd prefer if they lowered the price and reduced the quantity even more.

  Aromatica face oil absorbs well into the skin without leaving a greasy feeling, so I use it regularly

  When mixed with an emulsion in winter, it prevents deep dryness. It absorbs well without feeling overly rich, which is great.

  Cons

  It's okay for combination skin, but I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin. After all, it is an oil...

  First off, it's rare to find an oil product with brightening effects. Since I've been trying various whitening products for my dark spots, this caught my interest and I decided to give it a try. My skin is on the dry side, so I thought a face oil might help with the dryness. The texture is surprisingly light for a face oil, without feeling too greasy. It still provides a protective layer on the skin, but doesn't feel heavy or sticky, which makes me reach for it often. While the brightening effect isn't dramatic, the ingredients are gentle and there's a subtle vitamin scent that makes it pleasant to use. I had heard that Aromatica oils are gentle and good, but I later found out through the Hwahae app that this particular Brightening Oil has some less-than-ideal ingredients. However, it hasn't caused any blemishes, so I'm continuing to use it. For those with super sensitive skin, I'd recommend trying Aromatica's other face oils instead.

  The price is a bit steep, but I managed to snag it during a sale which made it more reasonable. I'd recommend waiting for a sale to purchase it.

  Tip

  After applying toner, emulsion, serum, and cream, I use just one drop on each cheek where my dark spots are most prominent!

  Wow, I'm surprised someone doesn't like this scent! I absolutely love it. It's great that it's an oil but doesn't leave my skin excessively greasy.

  I have sensitive, dry skin. Despite needing to be careful with skincare due to my sensitivity, I trusted this product because I've always liked Aromatica shampoos. I'm very satisfied with how long-lasting the hydration and rich texture are. I also love how lightweight it feels when applied, especially considering its effectiveness. There's no stickiness, and it has a calming aromatherapy scent. I was worried about looking oily after application due to its rich texture, but that's not an issue at all, which I'm really happy about! Currently, I'm almost finished with two bottles. Without realizing it, my complexion seems to have brightened ever so slightly compared to before. I used to apply sunscreen meticulously on my neck and face, resulting in almost no tone difference, but now there's a slight difference. Thinking this might be due to the product, I'm now diligently applying it to my neck as well! I'm definitely considering repurchasing, so I'll keep applying it to my neck and update if I notice any changes!

  Of course, like most brightening products, it's difficult to expect dramatic improvements in skin tone. I've been using it for a month, so I'm not sure if that's why, but I'll update my review if I see any effects after finishing this bottle and starting on my second one (since I bought two...).

  I usually use most essences as the first step in my hydration routine. It seems to absorb much better that way!

  I mix a drop or two with my moisturizer, and I can definitely feel the brightening effect. It's less oily than I expected and absorbs well, so I think it could work even in summer.

  Since it has brightening properties, I feel like I should only apply it at night, so I'm not using it in the morning.

  Although it's an oil, it's not heavy at all, which I'm really satisfied with. When applied as the final step of my skincare routine, it doesn't leave a greasy feeling for a long time. By gently patting it in, it acts like a protective barrier, sealing in all the previous skincare products with this finishing Aromatica oil! Moreover, the ingredients are so gentle that even with my super sensitive skin, I haven't experienced any blemishes. Instead, it's helping to balance my oil and moisture levels, and I feel like my skin barrier is getting stronger!

  Since I've only been using it for about a month, not several months, I haven't seen the brightening effects yet, unfortunately. Another point, though I'm not sure if it's really a downside, is that the scent might be divisive. (For reference, I'm a fan of it!)

  Pros

  I have extremely dry skin with only 5% moisture out of 100%. This product is truly amazing! I applied 2 drops in 3 layers, and it made my skin so hydrated. The best part is that it doesn't feel greasy at all.

  Cons

  If I had to point out a downside... perhaps it's that it solidifies at room temperature? Other than that, I can't think of anything negative.

  Tip

  It works wonders when you add a couple of drops to your emulsion or mix it with your foundation. It really helps hydrate those dry areas.
