This emulsion is perfect for both my extremely dry skin and my two-year-old baby. The texture is exactly what we need in terms of absorption and application. The ingredients are good, and the hydration is top-notch. Even on the driest winter days, this product helped us get through comfortably.

Absorbs well: It glides on smoothly and effortlessly. Absorption: It absorbs fairly well into the skin. Hydration: Excellent! My previously dry skin no longer feels parched. If you have combination dehydrated skin like me, or if you've tried other 'hydrating' creams without success, I highly recommend this product.
Cons
The downside is that while it felt soft and nice, it left a bit too much oil on my skin. Applying too much can make your skin feel overly greasy... That's why it was later reformulated. I heard the new version is a mix of the Intensive and PP Balm. The product name has also changed to just Atoderm Intensive Balm.
Tip
When applying makeup, I found it could be a bit rich, so I used a thin layer of this product alone.

After extensive research, I decided to purchase the Bioderma Atoderm PP Baume, an intensely moisturizing cream for the entire body! Besides its moisturizing properties, I also considered its lasting power and how well it absorbs when choosing this product. ✔️ Gentle, highly moisturizing face & body balm ✔️ Creamy yet firm balm texture ✔️ Quick-absorbing balm without any sticky feeling Formulated with gentle ingredients, it has a cream-like texture with an almost undetectable scent, making it suitable for both children and adults! Moreover, it has a generous shelf life and volume. I found it effectively moisturizes when applied to both face and body during dry spells! Due to its excellent hydration, after using up the 200ml size, I repurchased the larger 500ml bottle. While it's great for use year-round, I think it would be especially beneficial during the changing seasons or winter when skin tends to get particularly dry!
Cons
While the pump dispenser is convenient and accommodates a large volume, due to the cream's texture, it becomes difficult to dispense when there's not much left in the bottle. If this bothers you, you might prefer the tube version!
