Pros
A creamy and moisturizing product that I've used up 3 tubes of! Even though I have dry skin, I use it in the summer and mix it with oil or balm in the winter. It doesn't have any major pros or cons, it's just a reliable and unremarkable product.
Cons
Sometimes when I apply it, it feels suffocating or slippery, so I switched to Cerave.
Tip
If balm gets stuck in the cap opening, it will harden and get messy, so make sure to wipe it clean before each use.

- It's extremely sticky... I really dislike stickiness, and it remains sticky for hours after application. My hair keeps sticking to it, which is constantly bothering me, so I ended up having to wash my face again. - Many reviews mentioned that it forms a thin film that locks in moisture, but in my experience, that thin film just felt too slippery. When I touch my face, it feels like I've applied an oily film. - After application, the redness and clogged pores were extremely problematic. Especially, a lot of white sebum kept coming up. - I tried using it for about 3 days based on the good reviews, but my face didn't calm down at all, and the absorption is too slow... I feel like it only gets absorbed a bit after I wake up in the morning.
