The sunscreen spreads smoothly and evenly when applied. The distinctive scent of the sunscreen is quite strong, but as I am not particularly sensitive to fragrances, I can tolerate it. It provides a subtle tone-up effect and does not feel overly oily. However, when applied, it leaves a slightly dewy finish, though not as shiny as expected. The product can only be used for a week, then it's just sitting there... It's fine right after application, but by the time I'm ready to go out, the sunscreen has completely sucked all the moisture out of my skin, leaving it feeling extremely tight. If I just do a simple basic skincare routine and lightly apply the sunscreen before going out, my skin feels very tight. It seems like I need to really moisturize and hydrate my skin thoroughly before using this. And there's also some exaggeration of flaky skin. I'm not sure if it's because it's spring and drier, but when I use this and go outside, my skin feels tight, a bit irritated, and sore, so I had to stop using it. - ly*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 6, 2025
It gives such a natural brightening effect that I can go foundation-free. Love it! It's all great except for feeling a tad thick. But honestly, I can't find any real drawbacks. - qx********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedJan 25, 2025
It works great as a brightening moisturizer and sunscreen, so I highly recommend it for students! Since it contains mineral filters, it might leave a slight white cast or residue on the skin. - da***********Combination SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 21, 2024
Gives a natural ivory-toned brightening effect and absorbs smoothly It's on the thicker side, which might not suit those who prefer more hydrating formulas - my*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsJun 28, 2024
I have combination dehydrated skin with a dry U-zone, occasional whiteheads, and sometimes cystic acne. I've been using this product consistently for almost a year. When I first tried it, I found it applied smoothly and definitely evened my skin tone, so I enjoyed using it. The value for money is decent, so when there's a buy-one-get-one-free sale, I stock up and use it generously on my neck and elsewhere. I'm not sure if my skin changed at some point, but I started noticing that I would always get blemishes when I went out wearing only this product without foundation. I don't know if it's because of the ingredients or if it's too rich, but that's when I began looking for a different sunscreen. For me, it feels a bit too oily. I'd recommend this for those with dry skin. It seems to be a relatively hydrating mineral sunscreen that also works as a brightening moisturizer. - hn******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 9, 2024
When I asked an Olive Young employee for a 'non-greasy tone-up sunscreen', they recommended this product. I'm so pleased with it that I'm now on my fourth bottle! Texture: It has a rich, whipped cream-like consistency Brightening effect: It gives a very natural, soft white glow!! I absolutely love it Blemishes: None at all! Oil control: It doesn't leave a shiny finish, but gives more of an Inner Glow look Since it's not greasy, it can feel dry if you don't moisturize well beforehand! Make sure to cleanse thoroughly This product alone does such a beautiful job of evening out my skin tone and brightening, that I can finish my base makeup by applying it generously, then just dabbing a bit of cushion foundation on areas that need extra coverage, like around the nose! - by*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 6, 2024
It's pretty decent overall. The toning effect is natural, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling overly dry. I'm not usually sensitive to eye irritation, but this product made my eyes sting. - sk*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMar 28, 2024
I've been using this product exclusively for my skin makeup for 7 years now! It naturally brightens my complexion, making everyone envious of how fair I look. When they see me applying it, they joke that I'm changing my ethnicity! Also, I used to have a lot of blemishes, but since using this product, they've almost completely disappeared. I absolutely recommend it! However, unlike 7 years ago, my skin seems to be getting drier, so lately it feels a bit dehydrating. I guess it's unavoidable with mineral sunscreens. If you have dry skin, try applying a soothing sun stick underneath. It doesn't cause any pilling when you layer this product on top! - hs*****Combination SkinRecommendedMar 28, 2024
Among brightening sunscreens, this one absorbs well on my skin and naturally evens my skin tone, making it look like my own complexion. That's why I keep repurchasing and using it! I think I'll continue using this until it's discontinued! While it naturally brightens my complexion when first applied, I feel like my skin gradually returns to its original color afterwards. - qg********Combination SkinSensitive SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 20, 2024
This sunscreen is pretty standard, without any standout features compared to others. However, I really like that it provides a natural tone-up effect with its peach-tinted formula, rather than an artificial look. Being a Dr.G product, I trust it, and it doesn't cause any blemishes on my super sensitive skin, which suggests it's gentle. I'm satisfied with it and will likely continue using it without switching to another product. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, but nothing exceptionally great either. I think it's a good choice for those with sensitive skin who want a moderately natural brightening effect.
