  Pros

  The creamy texture and rich lather provided excellent cleansing effectiveness. I loved that it rinsed off smoothly without any residue. Since using this, my scalp doesn't itch, and I've noticed less hair fall.

  Cons

  At first, the scent might be polarizing, but you get used to it and it becomes quite pleasant.

  Tip

  After brushing, make sure to thoroughly wet your hair. Then, gently wash away excess oil in the first round, followed by a more thorough cleanse in the second round.

  Pros

  As someone with seborrheic dermatitis, I find this shampoo cleanses thoroughly yet gently. I appreciate that it's fragrance-free and doesn't leave my hair feeling slippery or stiff. It rinses out easily, leaving my hair feeling fresh.

  Cons

  It seems to have a cooling effect to reduce scalp heat. However, it doesn't agree with me - my scalp, hair, and even the back of my neck where my hair touches feel uncomfortably cold all day long. It's just too chilly for me!

  Tip

  Recommended for those with intense scalp heat. If you don't have scalp heat issues but have sensitive skin, you might find it too cold.
