I wish this product could maintain its effectiveness while removing the surfactants.
I'm afraid it might be discontinued... Please don't discontinue it, I don't want to become a 'dandruff man' again.

I've tried all kinds of shampoos for my dry, seborrheic scalp, but this is the only product that has been effective... The all-in-one with conditioner is the best. 
The effect is there, but the scalp inflammation hasn't completely gone away, so I'm still a 'nomadic' user of anti-dandruff shampoos. But when I use other shampoos, the dandruff comes back, so I go back to using this one, and the cycle repeats.
If you're someone who struggles with dandruff in your daily life, I'd recommend trying this product quickly... There's an all-in-one version with conditioner, so I'd suggest going for that.
The dandruff should disappear within about a week. If it doesn't work, try looking for a different shampoo.

This product comes in a shampoo and a shampoo+conditioner version, and I would recommend the second one. The shampoo is a bit more affordable, but it barely produces any lather.

If I had to point out a downside, the volume is a bit small considering the price.

I have seborrheic scalp, but this product is really working well for me. As rumored, it's really good for the scalp.

Apply it to the scalp, leave it on for 3-5 minutes, then rinse it off thoroughly with water.

My hair has become stiff and dull, so I need to use a conditioner or essence, and use a different shampoo for the hair shaft.

I highly recommend this to patients with seborrheic dermatitis. As I have wavy hair, my hair would get tangled and it was really difficult to wash my hair. My hair was falling out and I had scalp inflammation with oozing and crusting, so I had been taking dermatological medications for about 3 months. When the itching was unbearable, I would take the medications. But using this product for scalp scaling 2-3 times a week, it worked much better than the prescribed acidic (dermatological) shampoo - my hair is less greasy and my scalp feels more supple. The bumps have also calmed down.

The ingredients are a bit unclear... But in general, whether the ingredients are good or bad doesn't really matter much, as products either work for me or they don't.
The price is high and it has to be purchased through overseas shipping, so the accessibility is poor.

I was recommended this product due to seborrheic dermatitis, and it definitely has been effective. When I use the wrong shampoo or don't rinse thoroughly, my scalp gets irritated with pimples, pain, and itchiness. But after using this for a few days in a row, the issues subside.

The lather does not form well, so it is sometimes necessary to use a lot. It is not a pump type, so there is a slight inconvenience when using.

There is also a 2-in-1 version that has a slightly different formula (still doesn't lather much) and a less unpleasant scent, but it can't match the effectiveness of this product.

Instantly effective for dandruff and scalp itching. I've tried all kinds of dandruff shampoos, but none have been as effective as this product. The effects completely outweigh any downsides.
I've used dozens of bottles and always keep some in stock.

When using shampoos with SLS ingredients or getting perms, coloring, or other irritating treatments at the salon, 9 times out of 10 my scalp will break out in bumpy, swollen, itchy rashes. In those cases, I first cleanse with a gentle regular shampoo, then apply the Jason shampoo to my scalp as a scalp pack, wrap my damp hair in a towel, and let it sit for about 30 minutes before rinsing (I've tried various methods and this has been the most effective for me). The menthol, camphor, and salicylic acid ingredients soothe the scalp and dissolve the flaky skin.
Within a week, my scalp usually returns to normal.
The dandruff comes back if I stop using it. But if I use it consistently, even if I skip it occasionally, the dandruff doesn't return. 
Afterward, I use it preventatively about once a week, applying it as a hair mask for 3 minutes before rinsing.

I find that salicylic acid doesn't really agree with me, so I've been mixing it with another shampoo, and that helps get a nice lather going 😉

It's hard to work up a good lather, and I have to scrub really hard. After seeing results on the first day, I just did a quick wash the next day, but the greasiness came back quickly. Since then, I've been making sure to wash it thoroughly...

I spent 4 days on it, but there's hardly any oily sebum or yellow grease coming out of my head. I'm so happy ❤ The white scalp flakes are still falling off, but I think that will gradually improve since I've been scratching a lot during that time.

It sometimes has a medicinal smell and feels like it doesn't lather well, making me wonder if it's cleaning properly.

I used to have a lot of hair troubles when using other shampoos, but my hair has improved a lot since using this one.
