It's such a shame this product was discontinued. I'm genuinely heartbroken I can't buy it anymore. It was truly amazing! The coverage is disappointingly low. It barely covers anything at all. It's only good for brightening your complexion. - qg********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 4, 2023
This is the most satisfying skincare product I've ever used in my life. As I have dry skin, I do extensive basic care. When I apply it generously after my exfoliating toner, two serums, and hydrating cream, it gives a beautiful glow around my nose area. While I personally feel a bit suffocated if I apply it too thickly, I think it would be fine if you use a cushion or spatula to lightly control the amount. As time passes, there is some darkening, but it turns into a really healthy-looking skin tone. Even when it starts to fade, it does so beautifully with a slight oily glow. I've used it for up to 13 hours with only two touch-ups. I'm satisfied with how it covers my blemishes, and when used with a concealer, it provides perfect coverage. It's great to use in a cushion compact for touch-ups or as a first layer of makeup. I didn't notice at first, but I've been using this product for about a year now. While my skin isn't in great condition, it's best to avoid brush makeup on areas with texture or blackheads, like around the nose and under the eyes. The brush causes the product to move around and become very noticeable. As you can see in the photo, the coverage comes off, so be careful. - ys*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 8, 2023
A lightweight foundation that goes on smoothly and feels powdery. Even though I have oily skin, I found it more suitable for summer use. As someone who usually uses shade 23, I noticed the color appeared slightly lighter when applied thickly. - hg*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsNov 19, 2022
It finishes with a soft, matte feel and provides medium coverage - pretty standard performance. With so many natural-looking, high-coverage options available these days, I probably won't repurchase this. - go*********Dry SkinRecommendedNov 9, 2022
True to its 'silk' name, this foundation has a smooth application. It offers some coverage, and above all, I love the color. It's perfect for those who find shade 21 too light and 23 too dark. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a neutral tone, not too yellow or red. Perhaps due to its coverage, it feels a bit thick compared to a more glowy formula. You might want to apply it very thinly or mix it with a makeup base or sunscreen (though that can be a bit of a hassle). For best results, moisturize your skin with a makeup base, then gently pat your face with a beauty tissue to remove excess oil before applying this foundation. - im******Normal SkinRecommendedSep 16, 2022
The staying power is truly impressive! Even when wearing a mask, there's hardly any transfer. If you have dry skin, you might need to strengthen your skin barrier first. The thin application and quick-fixing nature might be too fast for some. - sh******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 15, 2022
It really brightens up your complexion without any yellow undertones. The application is smooth, and it has great staying power. Even if you rub your face a little while after applying, it doesn't come off as easily. I understand that this category of products can't have the most gentle ingredients. Still, I wish the ingredient list was a bit better. - in********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 6, 2022
I've used about half of this small amount, and it seems to give my skin a clean appearance. Even when it breaks down, it doesn't really settle into lines. My skin is sensitive even to skincare, but I haven't had any blemishes appear, so I'm using it well. Although I'm about shade 23 and this is 22, it only brightens my complexion by about half a shade. My skin doesn't usually hold makeup well, so I tried this, but it doesn't last long either. On my skin, when it breaks down, there's a bit of darkening. - lh*******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresSep 2, 2022
It's bright. Actually, it wasn't great, but those who like a luminous look might enjoy it. The color is beautifully selected, and it appears brighter than other brands. It's bright... haha! I bought Petal because Ivory was too light, but this one also floats and is quite bright (for me, shade 21 is slightly bright. I think I'm around shade 22). And the way it emphasizes dead skin cells... oh my, it's crazy how it accentuates them. It also pills terribly. Whether I apply sunscreen, use it on bare skin, with a puff, or a brush - it pills every time. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 12, 2022
The absorbs well and makes it easy to create a nice skin finish. It feels compatible with both puffs and brushes. When it fades, it does so cleanly. The shades 1 and 2 seem a bit too light. It gives a floating face effect, making me feel self-conscious about my makeup when I go out wearing this. Usually, shade 21 from other brands fits me well, but even though I bought shade 22 of this one, it still looks oddly pale on me. While the coverage doesn't seem lacking, it doesn't seem to neutralize redness effectively, which makes my skin tone look unflattering. Also, I notice it settling into pores.
