When first applied, it looks absolutely stunning. It's a semi-matte finish that's neither too glowy nor too powdery. The perfect balance. As someone with oily skin, I found that without setting powder on my forehead and nose, it tends to get a bit messy. I can only imagine it would turn into an oil slick party if used in summer. I'd recommend pairing this with Innisfree Pore Blur Powder, especially if you have oily skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 27, 2022
I love how it enhances my skin's appearance. The wide range of shades is great, allowing me to choose one that perfectly matches my complexion. I used to love this product, but suddenly it started causing itching and redness around my eyes, even making them swell up... - a0**********Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 17, 2022
As a guy, I find this product great to use. I bought it after watching a recommendation video by YouTuber Swan. It tends to rub off on masks and other surfaces quite a bit. However, the fragrance is pleasant. None - se********Combination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 16, 2021
For a drugstore product, it offers an impressive range of shades. The colors themselves are well-suited to men's skin tones. Its emulsion-like texture applies smoothly and absorbs well. Perhaps due to the winter season, it significantly emphasizes dead skin cells and causes noticeable pilling. I'm not sure if it's just my skincare routine that's lacking, but this product really doesn't agree with my skin... - to*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 29, 2020
Wide range of shades available. Men can use it like a BB cream without it being noticeable. Applies thinly for a natural-looking coverage. 1. Prone to flaking on dry skin. 2. Absolutely not for sensitive skin - can cause dermatitis. 3. Transfers easily to other surfaces. 4. Longevity: 3/5. 5. Coverage: 3/5, but too much application makes it obvious. Best for light, thin application. It doesn't conceal blemishes completely, just gives an overall evened-out complexion. Sensitive skin types should absolutely avoid this - it can cause skin irritation. - dl*******Combination SkinRecommendedSep 3, 2020
I purchased this shade to achieve a natural complexion. I usually use shade 22.5, so I opted for a lighter one. I'm satisfied with how it evens my skin tone when applied in a thin layer. While applying multiple thin layers works well, using too much at once results in a messy finish that breaks down quickly. This product shines when applied thinly, so be careful with the amount you use. There's occasional pilling around the nose area. It also tends to emphasize dead skin cells. When applied over a solid skincare base, it looks natural and has good staying power. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 6, 2020
1. Wide color spectrum The tan Y-24 shade beautifully brightens my complexion. Was there an even darker shade? There probably was. It's rare to find such a dark shade in roadshop brands, so this is a real plus. 2. Perfect matte finish As a matte lover, I found this to be just right. It's not semi-matte, but a true matte finish. 1. Darkening effect It's unrealistic to expect no darkening, but given that the shade is already similar to my skin tone, the additional darkening made me look even more dull. It didn't match my undertone either... I wish there was a darker shade in the Pony Effect line. 2. Tends to separate It could be due to my poor skincare prep, but as someone with dry skin, this foundation just didn't sit well. It's probably because it's ultra-matte. 3. Espoir, please release a Pony Effect shade 24!!! If you have dry skin, make sure to really amp up your skincare routine before applying this. Because it's so matte, it'll separate if you don't prep properly. Also, after some time, you'll notice a strong yellow undertone coming through, and due to the darkening effect, I personally would recommend the Pony Effect line instead. Once you squeeze this out, you'll see just how yellow it really is. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 19, 2020
It offers medium to high coverage and can be applied thinly without a brush It's not quite enough to conceal red blemishes, and doesn't last long on oily areas
