ConsIt's extremely painful if it gets in your eyes. My face stings at first, then becomes itchy after a while. It really irritates my skin.
TipHere's a pro tip: don't buy this. Save your money and avoid wasting it on this product.

ConsI bought this product because I saw it was highly recommended by dermatologists on YouTube, and there were many positive comments... But as soon as I applied the sample, blemishes appeared on my skin.

If I had to pick something, maybe the scent...?
ConsAs soon as I applied it, it stung and felt like I had a burn. My skin turned red and became irritated. I'm not sure if it was the tea tree or the alcohol, but something in the ingredients definitely didn't agree with my skin.

ConsI bought this product because it's used at the dermatology clinic I visit for acne treatment. However, after applying it last night, I woke up with a sudden outbreak of tiny blemishes all over my face. I think my skin doesn't agree with the alcohol content. It's frustrating to have spent so much money on a product from the dermatologist only for it to end up in the trash. Such a waste. I'm considering mixing it into a modeling mask just to use it up somehow.
TipAt the dermatology clinic, they recommended applying this to acne-prone areas using a cotton pad instead of toner!

After using an ultra-dry skin emulsion two months ago that irritated my face, things seemed to improve. However, blemishes started appearing in new areas, so I visited a dermatologist about a week ago for a skin analysis. When they tried to sell me a package deal, I mentioned this product to deflect and ended up purchasing this green line. Hydration: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Using just the toner from this line and this product, I didn't experience any deep or surface dryness, even on my dry-prone cheeks. While it's not extremely hydrating, it leaves my cheeks feeling plump and moisturized. Blemish improvement: ⭐ My blemishes didn't improve. In fact, I got new breakouts on my cheeks and around my mouth where I didn't have them before. Since I'm using the cleanser and toner from this line too, I can't pinpoint this product as the sole cause, but something in this line seems to be triggering breakouts. My diet hasn't changed, and I'm even going to the bathroom more regularly... sigh. Scent: ⭐⭐⭐ The fragrance might be polarizing. I can usually tolerate most scents, so I used it, but I didn't particularly like it. It's like... the smell of wild herbs freshly picked from a mountain and brewed?
ConsI've been using only the line's cleanser, toner, and ampoule since the day I bought them, but I haven't seen any improvements. It feels like I'm getting more blemishes, and last night I noticed something like breakouts appearing on both sides between my lips and chin in the T-zone, an area where I usually don't get them. I've been using only this line and nothing else, but I even got a small bump like a milia on my cheek, where I never get acne. During the skin analysis at the dermatologist's, they checked my pores and potential future acne spots, which were mainly distributed on my forehead, nose, and around the nose, but not on my cheeks or the areas slightly below the sides of my lips. So I was surprised to see something pop up there. Because of this, I've switched back to using Zeroid Pimprove Moisturizer, which I had been using until about a month ago. The Zeroid product didn't improve my skin either and seemed to clog my pores a bit, so I was planning to switch to something else when I ended up spending nearly 100,000 won on this set at the dermatologist's office, somewhat forcibly. Now I feel like Zeroid might have been better after all. I'm not sure which product in this line is the problem, or if they're all problematic, or if just one doesn't suit me... It seems like my skin might not agree with azulene. Also, the dropper-style packaging doesn't have much suction power. It doesn't draw up much product. You can still apply enough for your whole face with just three drops on your forehead and cheeks, but as someone who prefers a strong suction dropper, this bothers me a bit. I won't be repurchasing this.
TipAfter using the toner from this line on a cotton pad to prep my skin, I'd apply just one drop each on my forehead and cheeks, gently spread it, and pat it in for plump skin... but, well, it doesn't seem to suit me, so I don't have much else to add. ⭐The photos are all mine, unedited. While skin tone may vary due to lighting, acne and scars are clearly visible. Photos 1 and 2 show my nose area and forehead from early winter/spring 2019. The third is my forehead from early December 2019. Photos 4, 5, and 6 are of my forehead, chin, nose, and cheeks taken today. The red circles indicate areas where breakouts appeared after switching to this product. As you can see in the photos, my skin wasn't bad originally, with just two or three occasional blemishes that would come and go. The left side of my nose rarely had any issues. Last year, my skin deteriorated due to wearing heavy makeup for long periods, and I stopped wearing makeup in August, but my damaged skin didn't recover. It would improve slightly, then worsen again. I tried using For:t Blue Energy Azulene Calm Down Moisture Cream, which had good reviews and ingredients, but my skin got worse. So I switched my skincare to the Zeroid Pimprove line. In early to mid-December, I briefly used a sample of Zeroid's dry skin emulsion when applying makeup, and my skin reacted badly. While my dry-prone cheeks were fine, my nose and forehead broke out, with painful, inflamed acne appearing on the left side of my nose where I rarely got breakouts before. It was stressful. My skin recovered somewhat using only Zeroid Pimprove Moisturizer, but it was in much worse condition than before. By early January, my skin seemed to be improving, but then it rapidly deteriorated again. A week ago, I went to the dermatologist for a skin analysis and was recommended a laser package. It was too expensive, and they said it might only prevent breakouts for a few months, so I just bought this line instead. Now my skin seems even worse than before, so I've switched back to Zeroid Pimprove Moisturizer. I hope this information is helpful for those considering this product. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments.

My acne was severe, but it improved significantly after using this. The scent isn't unpleasant, and it seems to be really effective for blemishes. I'd recommend it to anyone struggling with acne! The texture is quite fluid, and after application, my skin feels incredibly smooth.
ConsMy skin is super sensitive, and this product causes a tingling sensation when applied. I've been using it for about two months, and it still stings... If you have very sensitive skin, I'd suggest using it as a spot treatment on specific areas rather than all over your face.
TipInstead of rubbing it in, gently pat the product onto your skin to help it absorb.

It does provide a bit of relief for blemishes, I suppose? My acne didn't get worse, but it didn't really improve either. I'm not particularly impressed. I'm just applying it to the areas where I have breakouts.
ConsI applied this after getting a peel at the dermatologist, and it stung. It seems a bit irritating for super sensitive skin.
TipIt's not particularly impressive, just okay, but the price is quite high.

I had high hopes since my sister got it from the dermatologist, but this was my first experience with an allergic reaction. It's taught me the important lesson of always patch testing first.
ConsThis product doesn't work for me at all. My skin became itchy, irritated, and I broke out in an allergic-like rash all over. I'm not sure which ingredient caused it, but the itching was unbearable. It's my first time experiencing something like this, and I'm quite shocked. My eyes even swelled up - it's that incompatible with my skin. I have super sensitive skin, but I usually tolerate most drugstore brands well. I thought this would be gentle, so I wasn't worried. Now I'm genuinely scared to try new products. This was absolutely terrible.
TipMake sure to patch test on the back of your hand or wrist before applying it to your face.

I can't really pinpoint any standout benefits. Maybe just the moisturizing feel when you apply it?
ConsI thought it would be gentle since it's called a soothing ampoule. After just one day of use, my face turned red and dry, and then I developed several painful blemishes that I couldn't even squeeze. I've been suffering for over two weeks now. If you have dry or super sensitive skin, please be very careful before purchasing this product.
TipIf you have dry skin, you'll probably need to layer on a ton of hydrating moisturizer after using this product...
