  I love how gentle the ingredients are. That's why I feel comfortable using it on my scalp too.

  Cons

  It doesn't dramatically soften your hair, so it's best to use a hair essence along with it.

  Tip

  It works well if you apply the essence after towel-drying your hair.

  I really appreciated how user-friendly the hair pack tube was. It was also great that it didn't leave my hands feeling sticky for long after application.

  I bought this because I heard the ingredients were good. It feels like it's strengthening my hair, which I really like. I've found it works better if you leave it on for a while before rinsing, rather than washing it out immediately. The results are smoother hair. I'm definitely considering repurchasing.

  It doesn't make your hair incredibly smooth. So after drying, my hair still feels a bit frizzy and flyaway.

  I bought this because it's a vegan product. It seems there aren't many vegan options when it comes to hair treatments.

  Pros

  Texture: It has an emulsion or moisturizer-like consistency. Scent: There's a subtle herbal fragrance, which I personally enjoy. The scent almost completely fades after washing. Application: While I usually focus on applying to the ends of my hair, this time I followed the instructions and used it on both my hair and scalp. Unlike previous treatments I've used, this one rinses out well with almost no residue. It seems suitable for use on the scalp too. I appreciated the lack of residue, and after drying my hair, it felt noticeably more hydrated and tamed.

  Cons

  Compared to my previous conditioner, it doesn't seem as effective in making my hair extremely soft or smooth.

  1. No waiting time required - just apply and rinse. I often avoid hair masks that need to be left on, as they're a hassle. This product is convenient because you can rinse it out immediately after application. 2. Safe for scalp use. Unlike many treatments that can cause blemishes if applied to the scalp, this one is designed for scalp care too. I love that I can use it from roots to ends without worry. 3. Effective formula. My hair feels noticeably softer after use. I was impressed from the very first application, thinking 'Wow, this works well!'

  Cons

  Honestly, I can't think of any significant drawbacks. While it doesn't give that silky smooth feel like silicone-based products do, we know silicone isn't great for hair in the long run... Even though I received this as part of The Hwahae Testers program, I'll definitely keep buying it with my own money!

  - Applies lightly with an emulsion-like texture that absorbs well - Feels like it quickly nourishes deep into the hair - Not excessively slippery - No heavy feeling after use and doesn't make hair clumpy - Doesn't cause blemishes on scalp, neck, or back areas (As someone with sensitive skin and long hair down to the waist, this was personally the best aspect since most hair care products caused irritation) - Vegan product - Natural scent that's not overpowering - Contains over 90% naturally-derived ingredients

  Cons

  - Fragrance might not blend well depending on the shampoo used (When used with a floral-scented shampoo, it had a pleasant aroma, but with a fresh-scented shampoo, it felt somewhat overpowering) - Compared to products with synthetic ingredients, it doesn't provide an immediate smooth feeling

  Tip

  Apply all over, slowly comb through, and rinse with lukewarm water Use conditioner afterwards -> Saw more immediate results this way
