I have combination dehydrated skin, oily skin, and a complexion matching shade 23. 

This product is definitely good for acne scars. After a month of use, I can visually see the scars and hyperpigmentation gradually fading. 

I've also been gently patting it around my eyes for dark circles, and I feel like my overall skin tone has brightened somewhat.

It's a decent product for the price.
