It seems to be a good option for just casual use. The amount is decent, and it lathers well, similar to a regular cleansing foam. I don't know if it's particularly great, but there doesn't seem to be any major downsides either (when not scrubbing too hard).
Cons
After watching a YouTube video on blackhead removal and using the cleansing foam with cotton, the granules seemed to irritate my skin and caused some damage to my nose. It peeled a bit, I'd say. It's fine for light use, but if you scrub a bit harder, it seems to irritate the skin a bit, probably due to the granules. And while it's labeled as brightening, as a cleansing foam, I didn't really notice much of a whitening effect. I didn't realize it at the time, but looking at the Hwahae app, some of the ingredients seem a bit concerning.
Tip
Personally, I tend to use cleansing creams or oils and then follow up with a second cleanse. I've tried using this to remove foundation from the back of my hand, but it didn't really work well. However, considering the ingredients and functionality, there are many better products out there, so I wouldn't particularly recommend this one.

Even though I have sensitive skin, this cleansing foam seems to have good cleansing power. After using it, my skin doesn't feel tight or oily, it's just perfect. The amount is sufficient, so I can even use it to lather and cleanse my back when I have body acne. Haha. This is the most gentle cleansing foam I've used recently.
Cons
There were times when the granules felt like they were scratching my skin, which made me a bit concerned.
