At first, the granules had a refreshing feel, so I thought it wouldn't be necessary to use the peeling product often and thought it was good.

Pros
It seems to be a good option for just casual use. The amount is decent, and it lathers well, similar to a regular cleansing foam. I don't know if it's particularly great, but there doesn't seem to be any major downsides either (when not scrubbing too hard).
Cons
After watching a YouTube video on blackhead removal and using the cleansing foam with cotton, the granules seemed to irritate my skin and caused some damage to my nose. It peeled a bit, I'd say. It's fine for light use, but if you scrub a bit harder, it seems to irritate the skin a bit, probably due to the granules. And while it's labeled as brightening, as a cleansing foam, I didn't really notice much of a whitening effect. I didn't realize it at the time, but looking at the Hwahae app, some of the ingredients seem a bit concerning.
Tip
Personally, I tend to use cleansing creams or oils and then follow up with a second cleanse. I've tried using this to remove foundation from the back of my hand, but it didn't really work well. However, considering the ingredients and functionality, there are many better products out there, so I wouldn't particularly recommend this one.

It's been over a week since I started using it, and I'm now in my second week. The Hwahae Trial Reviewer is a little grainy, with some grains embedded in the formula. It has a thick, creamy texture, and the lather doesn't form well, just a gentle, sparse foam. I only used this cleansing foam in the morning. I bought it on sale, so it was a great affordable product to use generously. I squeezed out quite a lot - I usually don't use that much.
