  My skin doesn't agree with silicone oils and feels suffocated with too much oil, but this is the only product that works for me, so I keep using it. It doesn't cause any irritation, and when I apply it, my skin feels fresh and comfortable.

  I've finally found the emulsion I've been searching for - one that's gentle on the skin. It's non-irritating and hygienic to use with the puff applicator. The generous amount means it lasts for quite a while too.

  Cons

  So far, I haven't found any drawbacks. It's perfect for light application after essence.

  Tip

  I mix the Dr. Troub Emulsion with 1% Low Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid and apply them together. You can really feel it absorbing into the skin.

  Pros

  This product is truly gentle! I've been using it consistently and have received many compliments on my skin. Remember the four star ingredients: tea tree, centella asiatica, green tea, and aloe. In winter, add a bit of snail mucin.

  Cons

  The hydration is a bit weak. It's light and refreshing, perfect for use from May to September. When I used it in November in Gangwon-do, the skin around my mouth turned white! It's really ideal for early summer to early fall use.

  Tip

  Since the emulsion contains tea tree, it's best to use a toner with different ingredients. Also, I've heard it's advisable to avoid products where a single ingredient makes up 70-80% or more of the formula. Something about acne becoming resistant? I think that's what it was.

  It really makes my skin so hydrated! And I think my blemishes are gradually reducing too! It's so gentle on the skin!

  There's nothing really to complain about... Just don't lose the lid! I lost mine once and it made things a bit inconvenient for a while.

  It definitely feels gentle on the skin. That doesn't mean it lacks hydration though. My combination skin with an oily T-zone and dry cheeks makes it tricky to find a moisturizer that's neither too rich nor too light, but this one hits the sweet spot.

  The hydration isn't particularly intense. If you rely on this alone during winter, your face will likely feel extremely tight and dry.
