Pros

I've used up my lip balm for the first time. (The photo shows the lip balm used up completely) The renewed version seems a bit different from the one I used to buy from the pharmacy. I'll describe based on the flat white balm I used before. (My lips are extremely rough and flaky.) It applies smoothly. It feels a bit slippery right after application, but the moisture lasts quite long, which I liked. It doesn't just sit on the surface of my lips, but absorbs well, leaving a pleasant moisturized feeling. It's not irritating either. I used it before bed, applying generously, and also in the morning on my dry lips.

Cons

I may have missed it, but I had a hard time finding it in offline stores. Most importantly, it didn't do much to relieve my lip flakiness. It only mildly suppressed the flakes, so when I applied lip products with visible flakes (like Innisfree × Olive Young Lip Balm, etc.), the flakes would immediately resurface. That was disappointing.
