1. Color - I absolutely adored the color! While it's not exactly transparent, it's a clear, vibrant red. Though it might seem intense at first glance, with the right amount applied, you can achieve that perfect apple-cheeked look. I highly recommend it! 1. Attracts dust easily - Given its balm-like texture, it's somewhat unavoidable, but it does tend to collect dust rather easily... - ry*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 14, 2025
Love it! The color gives a natural, healthy-looking complexion! Just be careful not to apply too much in your excitement - you might end up looking like a baked sweet potato! It's best to stop when you think 'This looks about right'. No complaints whatsoever! The color is absolutely adorable. Oh, but the lid can be a bit tricky to open. That's why I just keep mine open while I'm using it. - am*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 28, 2024
The color payoff is definitely stronger compared to other blushes! It has a deep undertone, which might be a bit much for everyday use, but it's still beautiful. None really... Though I prefer cream blushes over powder blushes. - kc*********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 16, 2024
The pink is more vibrant and cool-toned than expected, but when applied with fingers, it gives a lovely, natural flush that's perfect for summer! Highly recommended for those who love red blushes. The lid can be tricky to open at first. Gently push it with the pad of your finger rather than your nail. For a more natural look, try patting it on with your fingers instead of rubbing it in. - eu********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 4, 2022
The color payoff is insane... It's the quintessential red cheek! Even a light application makes your cheeks noticeably rosy. Highly recommended for those who want their blush to really pop. The application is beautiful when you control the amount well. Being a cream formula, it seems to last longer than powder blushers. The design is super cute and it's the perfect size to slip into your makeup pouch! I've dropped it a few times, but it hasn't broken - that's durability for you! If you don't control the amount well, your cheeks can become extremely red. It tends to attract dust every time you use it. Incorrect application can result in a patchy, uneven look. For best results, gently pat it on with your ring finger! - nu****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 11, 2022
This cheek balm is an absolute must-have in these mask-wearing times - it doesn't transfer at all! I was initially worried that being a cheek balm, it might be greasy and fade quickly, but that's just the texture! As a balm-type cream blush, it glides on smoothly at first without emphasizing dead skin cells. As you blend it out, it sets to a beautiful powder finish with just the right amount of color. The creamy, velvety texture makes it incredibly easy to apply with just one finger, without any patchiness. It's so convenient to build up the color gradually to your desired intensity. Usually, with cream products that you apply with your fingers, I don't expect much in terms of longevity. But surprisingly, after wearing a mask and working all day, it was still there, completely intact! I was shocked to see that it hadn't transferred onto my mask at all...! I thought maybe it had stained my skin, but it easily comes off with a tissue or wet wipe. A cheek color that doesn't transfer to your mask... truly impressive! The only downside is that it tends to attract dust easily. I constantly have to scrape off the dust, and it breaks my heart every time I have to dig into it with my fingernail. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 11, 2021
As someone who never really liked red before, I decided to give this a try for summer! I'm a bit of a blush enthusiast, you know. I actually bought the #1 'Fresh Beam' from the same line first, and I was so impressed that I ended up getting #4 too. I've fallen head over heels for this cream blush that applies like a beautiful stain, moving away from the heavy powder blushes I used to use. I have a yellowish skin tone, around 19-21, with a deep to light undertone. The color is a clear red! It's not pink at all, and it doesn't seem to have any orange in it either. It's like a transparent, water-tinted red. As you can see from the pan, it looks super intense, but if you just apply a tiny bit, it gives you this lovely, slightly flushed look. Unlike the #1 from the same line, which doesn't get too intense even with multiple layers, this one can look a bit overwhelming and hot if you overdo it. The texture feels like you're applying a tint balm when you're blending it, but it becomes powdery on your face. However, it applies like a watercolor, so while it feels powdery on the surface, the effect is absolutely beautiful. As for staying power, since it's a cream, I'd understand if it rubbed off or disappeared (because the way it applies is so pretty and lightweight, and I love the color). But surprisingly, it barely transfers to my mask! If you apply it lightly, it doesn't transfer at all. It's like it stains your skin? Personally, I found it to have much better staying power and less transfer than powder blushes. There's nothing bad to say. It's just too pretty... This and the #1 are my favorite blushes. Just be careful with how much you apply. It does attract a bit of dust, but I knew that when I bought it, so it's fine. Just dab a tiny bit on your middle finger and blend it out on your face! You don't have to limit it to your cheeks - feel free to use it on your eyes or anywhere else you want to add color! It's beautiful, and since it's sold at Olive Young, it's easily accessible. If you like that fresh, watercolor look, definitely try this shade or any other from the same line... They're all so pretty! - ga**********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 27, 2020
Hello there! I picked up this powder-type [Selfie Beam] blush at Olive Young for around 7,000 won during a sale. Let me give you a detailed review! ❤My Info❤ - Shade 21 (prefer natural-looking skin), pale olive complexion lacking rosiness - Seasonal tone (affected more by color saturation than temperature) - I often revise reviews I'm not satisfied with ✔Product Details✔ - Vibrant tomato red shade - Excellent color payoff, works well as a multi-use balm - Cute heart-shaped compact with mirror - Fragrance-free - Great value at 4.7g for just over 2,000 won 🧡Pros🧡 👍Color It's a beautifully vivid, clear tomato red! A true bright red shade! When blended out, it becomes a warm red with just a hint of pink - like a watered-down red! It would look gorgeous applied to cheeks and lips with just curled lashes and black mascara for a bare-faced look or minimal base makeup. 👍Texture It has a moisturizing balm-like texture, but with a somewhat powdery finish! I love that it gives a subtle Inner Glow rather than an intense shine. When applied to the cheeks, it blends seamlessly, creating a natural-looking flush as if it's coming from within - it's fantastic! It should work well over most foundations, from semi-matte to dewy finishes, as long as they're not completely matte. 👍Color Payoff While the official site emphasizes it won't make you look like a burning sweet potato, be careful - the color payoff is quite intense! A little goes a long way. Personally, I prefer this to a weak pigment! The strong color payoff makes it easy to use as a lip tint too, allowing for easy tone matching. 👍Packaging It's absolutely adorable, pretty, lightweight, and lovable! Cosmetics should be this visually pleasing! I want to carry it in my pocket all the time. The large Lilbe logo looks stylish and pretty. The included mirror is a great addition! 👍Fragrance-Free Even when sniffing closely, there's no detectable scent. This could be a plus for those who dislike fragranced cosmetics. 🖤Cons🖤 👎Packaging It's really difficult to open... Even with short gel nails, it feels like my nails might break trying to pry it open. Still, I suppose it's better than being too loose! 💛Overall Impression💛 I bought this to add a light touch of vitality to bare skin or minimal base makeup, but it's prettier than I expected. I'll definitely be using it often! That concludes my review! I'd be thrilled if you hit the like button... If you have any questions, please leave a comment! A clear, rosy cream blush that creates a vibrant look with just a quick swipe and blend. The heart-shaped case adds an adorable touch. The cream formula might not last as long, potentially leading to product waste. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 23, 2020
I love cream blushes, and this one is a perfect clear red cream blush. As soon as I applied it, I thought, 'This is tomato red!' It glides on smoothly and has great color payoff. It's so convenient that you can easily pat it on with your fingers without needing any tools! I adore the Lilbe cheek balm so much that I didn't find any downsides. The only disappointing thing is that I can't wear cream blush in the current situation. I received the package on a day with an extreme heat warning, and the surface of the product looked like it was about to melt slightly. It seems we need to be careful about storage on very hot days.
