It's so hydrating! I bought it to try an aloe mask, and it feels refreshingly cool with a nice application. I have sensitive skin, and the areas where I didn't apply the cotton pad felt a bit tingly or numb. I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction or what. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 25, 2024
After using it for about two days, I think this would be great for those with dry skin. The texture feels like it's sitting on top of the skin rather than absorbing. The formula is quite heavy. Also, it stung when I applied it to my face. I'm just going to use it on my body instead. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinDec 16, 2023
For an aloe gel, the application was surprisingly disappointing. It had an oddly greasy feel to it. I ended up neglecting it and eventually just threw it away. It didn't suit me at all. While it didn't cause any blemishes, it provided absolutely no soothing effect, which was frustrating. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 26, 2023
This aloe soothing gel can help cool down your skin temperature during hot summer days! Unfortunately, this product didn't agree with my skin and caused some blemishes! You can keep it in the fridge and apply it cool when you want to reduce skin heat - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 19, 2023
True to its moisturizing nature, this aloe gel maintains its hydration surprisingly well for longer than expected For some inexplicable reason, whenever I apply this product, my face experiences an intense burning sensation. I bought it remembering how aloe gel used to be great for soothing my skin in the past, but now I'm unsure if the issue lies with the product or if my skin type has changed - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 16, 2023
It's great for soothing when there's a tingling sensation. Applying a generous amount like a mask works wonders. Unfortunately, it causes blemishes on my forehead and chin area. After using this, I even developed some pustules. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 20, 2023
I felt like my previous skincare products weren't balancing oil and moisture well (lacking hydration), so I decided to try this for a hydration boost. I bought it on a YouTuber's recommendation, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! Isntree, please don't discontinue this product - I'm begging you! It's a must-have! Here's why I love it: 1) Great ingredients, 2) Deeply hydrating, 3) Doesn't evaporate immediately after application, 4) Hygienic tube packaging, 5) Wallet-friendly price, 6) Perfect consistency - not too heavy or light, suitable for year-round use. As someone with dry skin, I pat on my toner, apply this, then seal it with richer products to prevent moisture loss. It feels like I'm building a solid foundation for my skin from the inside out! Update: For some reason, it's been causing a tingling sensation around my nose lately. I've stopped using it as a result. If you have dry skin and need long-lasting hydration, you absolutely must try this! Highly recommended! Just go ahead and buy it! - Hwahae UserOily SkinMar 13, 2022
Since I started wearing masks, I've been struggling with blemishes for about two years. I have naturally oily skin that produces a lot of sebum, and recently after getting a facial scaling treatment, I've been dealing with severe deep dryness. What I liked was that when I tested it on the back of my hand, it absorbed quickly and was fragrance-free, which was great. As you can see from the rating, on the day it was delivered, I washed my face and applied it immediately. I felt like my skin was on fire. My face was burning, and the area around my mouth was throbbing... I was so shocked that I waited about 2 minutes, thinking it might be okay once it absorbs, but it got worse, so I ended up washing my face again... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 13, 2022
It's great for reducing facial heat and the price isn't bad either It stings and itches when applied, so I had to stop using it and unfortunately had to throw it away. I think the aloe ingredient doesn't agree with my skin - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 19, 2021
Skin type: Very dry, sensitive (I just found this out recently...) After finishing a tube of Alo* Vera, I switched to isntree based on YouTube recommendations. The ingredients looked good, so I didn't expect any blemishes. Here's my review after using it: Pros: It's genuinely hydrating. I found Alo* Vera worked well for me, but it wasn't quite moisturizing enough on its own. With isntree, even though I feel a slight tightness when using it alone, it's still much more hydrating comparatively! Scent: Not bad at all, almost fragrance-free. Packaging: Pretty decent. The tube makes it easy to squeeze out. At first, I didn't notice, but as I continued using it, my skin became blotchy...? It's not exactly blemishes, but something like deep pimples started appearing, which is really upsetting. My usual evening routine was @Aloe -> serum or snail cream@, but after using this, I started getting blemishes. I thought maybe the snail cream was too rich, so I stopped using it and applied only this, but my skin still got worse. While the reviews are mostly positive, I guess my skin is just too sensitive. It might work great for those without sensitive skin.. I'm so disappointed... I'll use it as a body lotion instead. It's a shame I bought multiple tubes... I recommend using it as a body lotion... For those whose skin tolerates it well, applying a generous amount of aloe at night followed by a light layer of serum or functional cream can leave your skin super hydrated and lovely in the morning. This routine worked well for me, but unfortunately, due to my sensitive skin, it's a bit disappointing.
