The hydration lasts for a long time. It seems like a must-have for those with dry skin. Strangely, it causes blemishes to appear, feels sticky, and doesn't seem to absorb well. It doesn't seem to suit my skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinJun 20, 2024
Affordable price (great value for money) Gentle on the skin (suitable for sensitive skin) It's excellent for applying after using an at-home laser hair removal device. It soothes well, feels cool, and is really nice. As an aloe gel product, it's inevitably a bit sticky But let's be honest, that's the case with all similar products out there Apply a generous amount and turn on a fan - that's pure bliss - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 1, 2024
As someone with easily tanned, olive skin, I bought this aloe soothing gel for a Southeast Asian trip. I planned to use it as an aloe pack, applying it generously on my body and face to soothe my skin. After researching aloe-rich products, I chose this Is'n Tree one. I kept it in the fridge for a cool application on my limbs and face. While it didn't pill on my body, I noticed some pilling on my face. Later, I learned that aloe absorbs better when sealed with a hydrating product or moisturizer. So, I started using the popular 'aloe pack' method (applying a generous layer of aloe and covering it with a damp sheet mask or cotton pad). After the pack, I felt a cooling and soothing effect. After about a month of use, both my father and I did the aloe pack for two weeks. My father noticed his skin became smoother, with less dead skin cells and increased hydration. As for me, my tanned facial skin calmed down and my skin texture improved. When I touched my face during morning cleansing, it definitely felt softer. I knew aloe was beneficial, but after consistently using up a whole tub, I really noticed the improvement in skin texture. Though it's a bit of a hassle, I think if you apply it consistently for a few months, a year, or even two years, you'll see great results for little cost. I appreciated that this product uses simple, healthy ingredients like aloe and a few others, without a complex mix of components, allowing for a natural approach to skincare. There is a slight stickiness to it. For body application, it's best to apply it when the skin is still slightly damp after a shower for better absorption. For the face, if you only apply this product, it might pill later like dead skin cells, as the unabsorbed aloe gel can roll off. It's better to use it as an aloe pack, or you could try mixing the aloe gel with a moisturizer for application. When used as an aloe pack, you can go through a tub quickly. Apply generously and cover with a damp gauze or mask sheet to experience the hydrating and soothing effects. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 4, 2023
Great value for money! It's refreshing and excellent for reducing heat and inflammation. Nothing particularly bad, but I did feel it was a bit sticky. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinOct 14, 2023
I loved the fresh scent, and it was great how it instantly hydrated my skin when applied to very dry areas. It was a bit disappointing that it felt somewhat sticky, and overall, it seemed rather ordinary. It works well to massage this product in with a cool massage tool after application. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 23, 2023
It's genuinely hydrating. You can really feel that 70% moisture content. In summer, it feels too humid, and if you use a soothing gel on top, it becomes excessively sticky. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 4, 2023
Storing it in the fridge or applying after coming in from the summer heat quickly cooled any burning sensation. The effects were so good that I bought two more, including one for removal, to give to my father who doesn't usually wear sunscreen. He's sensitive to scents, but this aloe product stays true to basics with no noticeable smell. Even though he complained it was bothersome, he still asked my mom to bring it to him and started applying it generously! There's that characteristic stickiness typical of aloe products after application. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 2, 2023
This gel-type product is great and suitable for sensitive skin! While the slippery texture and stickiness were a bit uncomfortable, I'm still satisfied overall - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 21, 2022
It's a gel, but surprisingly hydrating. I highly recommend this for those with very dry skin. It's quite thick! I was a bit surprised when I applied it. While it's incredibly moisturizing, it does feel slightly sticky. Controlling the amount you use is essential. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 11, 2022
A staple in my routine! It's perfect for summer - lightweight, hydrating, and soothing. I'm currently only using toner and this aloe gel in my basic skincare routine. As someone with sensitive skin, I'm grateful for products that don't cause blemishes and just do the basics well, which is why I've been using this for so long. It's also great for use on the body after waxing or exfoliating. I've ordered multiple bottles and will likely continue using it through winter, so I thought I'd leave a review. The reason for 4 stars: After some time, it can feel slightly sticky and a bit tight on the skin. Since I use aloe on my body too, I wish it came in a larger size.
