  I always use this in the morning. Even those with sensitive skin can use this cleansing foam in the morning! Since it's mildly acidic, you can use it with peace of mind - it won't cause any skin issues.   I heard that switching to a low pH foam cleanser can help with deep dryness, so I made the change. Although I usually prefer that squeaky clean feeling and dislike slippery textures, for the sake of combating deep dryness, this wasn't bad at all. The cleansing effectiveness is also good.

  I wish I had known the benefits of low pH foam cleansers sooner. I loved that squeaky clean feeling, so I used alkaline foam cleansers for over 5 years. Now I regret it because it damaged my skin barrier, causing my skin to produce even more oil.

  Tip

  First, wash your hands thoroughly, and don't just splash water on your face! It's best to rinse your face with water at least 7-10 times before cleansing to reduce irritation. Don't create foam directly on your face! It's better to lather in your hands first. When rinsing, you should rinse at least 20 times to ensure no residue is left behind. It's a bit of a hassle, but I'm diligently following this routine (always use lukewarm water!). I used to scrub my face roughly like my dad, but now I treat it gently, rinsing 20 times.
