The texture... haha, even though it's for dry skin, the rich feeling I get as soon as I pump it out is concerning.. It feels richer than a moisturizing cream, and I have a feeling it might clog my pores when I apply it. However, when I do apply it, I don't feel a coating or film-like sensation. Pros
I really felt the biggest difference in how incredibly nourishing it is - my skin becomes so smooth when I wake up after using it!! I know it's very gentle since it's a non-irritating formula, so I've been applying it really well. I have a very sensitive skin type, so I use gentle products, and this lotion has been working great for me!
Cons
After applying the lotion, a bit of oiliness does come up over time. And since it's so nourishing, it takes a bit longer to absorb, so if I apply it quickly, it can leave a white cast. But if I massage it in slowly, it's fine.
Tip
The absorption is a bit slow, so it can leave a white cast on my face, but I don't mind that at all. I just apply a generous amount before bed and let it soak in overnight. Even if it doesn't seem fully absorbed right away, by morning it's all nicely absorbed and my skin is smooth after cleansing.
