I've been using this since April this year, and it's been great for moisturizing my body. It's perfect for applying when my skin feels dry. However, it felt a bit heavy when I tried it on my face. The absorption wasn't particularly impressive. It's great! The texture is moisturizing, soft, and has a slightly rich consistency. It might not be suitable for oily skin types. The texture is quite rich, and even though I have very dry skin, it makes my skin produce excess oil when I use it in summer. For oily skin, maybe only in the dead of winter? Still, I wouldn't recommend it for extremely oily or oily skin types.

사용한지 6년 넘어가는 것 같아요. 코팅로션에 이만큼 순하고 좋은 거 없는 것 같아요. 사실 다른 제품 사용 경험이 많지 기도 하고...페이셜 크림인데 가끔 손 트면 자기 전에 충분히 발라주고 자요. 다음 날 아침에 손 엄청 부들부들해진 걸 발견할 수 있어요ㅎㅎ 단독으로 사용하면 속건조가 느껴져요. 꼭 아토로션 전단계에 스킨토너와 수분충전용 로션 함께 써주세요. 먼저 수분크림용 로션을 바르고, 코팅하듯 위에 아토로션 바르면 좋아요. 식물성 글리세린 있으시면, 수면 전에 그거 한두방울 섞어서 코팅하면 다음날 땡김하나 없는 촉촉 피부에요.

During a time when my skin was in turmoil with rosacea and contact allergies, it was so painful and difficult that this emulsion was the only thing I could apply without a burning sensation. When my skin was extremely sensitive and damaged, this helped me recover before I could use anything else like centella products. It's affordable and such a precious emulsion for sensitive skin! The absorption isn't great, so you can't just quickly apply it and rush out in the morning. You need to give it at least 10 minutes to absorb. That's why I found it more convenient to apply it at night like a mask. In the mornings, I had to prepare early to apply it and let it sink in before leaving. Allow plenty of time for absorption. Recommended for rosacea, atopic dermatitis, and allergic skin conditions. As someone with atopic skin that goes haywire in spring, I find this cream provides rich moisturization rather than just hydration. It's not as thick as Cetaphil, but it's definitely on the heavier side. I've been struggling with unexplained facial itching, even trying medications from dermatologists, but it would always come back when I stopped. The Atopalm Emulsion is the only product I can use now. While it doesn't completely eliminate the itching, it doesn't make it worse like other products do. It provides some relief, so I use it on both my face and body. I'm afraid of the itching coming back, so I plan to stick with this product from now on. It doesn't cause any blemishes, provides sufficient hydration, and offers great value for money. There are no downsides. I've been consistently using this product for my child since they were young, and it's been working well for us. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it; we've been using it without any issues.
