The size is absolutely massive, yet it's so affordable. You can use it generously without worrying about running out quickly.
ConsIt has a slight chemical smell that makes washing unpleasant every time. The texture is sticky and it doesn't feel like it's cleansing properly. I won't be repurchasing this.

Those with super sensitive skin can use it with peace of mind. (It contains limonene and fragrance, FYI) ❤️ Excellent cleansing effectiveness As a cleansing product, its cleansing power is most important, and it removes eye makeup well without needing a separate lip and eye remover. However, for mascara products that come off with lukewarm water (like C**ck), you'll need to rinse thoroughly with water even after using this cleansing oil! ❤️ Convenience of not needing double cleansing No need for a separate lip and eye remover. When removing makeup, this one product is enough for thorough cleansing, and you don't need to use a cleansing foam afterwards, which I found great. ❤️ Affordable price Hwahae often has promotions, so I was able to purchase this product at a relatively low price, which was great.
Cons⭐️ Spoils easily I left a sample in a drawer, and when I turned up the heating in winter, it started smelling like fishy odor. So I had to throw it away without using it. ⭐️ Heavy texture and cooking oil-like scent I don't like products that feel too heavy on my skin, and this feels heavier compared to other cleansing oils. It also has a scent similar to canola oil, so those sensitive to fragrances might not prefer it.
TipThis product seems sensitive to temperature changes, so please store it in a cool place.

It's also quite effective at removing excess sebum.
ConsThe fragrance feels a bit artificial, and I'm disappointed that the texture is too thin.

ConsPersonally, I really dislike oily scents, and this had an overpowering canola oil smell that I didn't enjoy. I've been using Shu Uemura oil for a long time, and compared to that, this one doesn't remove makeup as effectively, which is disappointing.

You need to apply a good amount of this cleansing oil to roll it on your skin without irritation.
ConsThe only downside is that it smells like dish soap.

Great that it's on sale!
ConsThere's a slight oily scent to it. And it doesn't quite give that squeaky-clean feeling.

ConsThe scent was very artificial, which wasn't to my taste. The cleansing effectiveness doesn't seem to be particularly high. It doesn't emulsify easily, so you need to massage it several times.

You'll need to work it in circles to remove stubborn mascara, but the best part is there's no deep dryness! Those with combination dehydrated skin probably won't find it too heavy.
ConsIt's disappointing that it doesn't remove blackheads well, and the scent is just like cooking oil... It's supposed to be herbal, but the oil smell is much stronger. Instead of just smelling like plain oil, it's more like a faint scent of oil paint brush cleaner...

While canola oil isn't the most expensive option, I really appreciate that 95% of the ingredients are naturally derived. I used to only use cleansing oils for the first step of double cleansing. I couldn't stand the heavy feeling that seemed to clog my pores, so I always followed up with a foam cleanser. However, I don't wear heavy makeup or touch up often, and more importantly, double cleansing became quite harsh on my skin from my late 20s. Then I saw a video of actress Choi Hwa-jung, known for her great skin, saying she only uses water in the morning and an oil cleanser at night. She uses a cleansing balm, but I dislike balm textures, so I bought this product with its high plant oil content. I've been using only oil for my evening cleanse for about a month now, and despite my concerns as someone prone to blemishes, I'm using it without any issues. Texture: The texture itself isn't super light. Given the high canola oil content, it's a bit thick, like a robust oil. However, unlike its thick consistency, it emulsifies well. After rinsing, it feels surprisingly clean for an oil cleanser. (See emulsification tips below) This is the first cleansing oil that made me think, 'Maybe I don't need to follow up with a foam cleanser?' While careful and thorough emulsification plays a part, I've found this product works well on its own, leaving my skin feeling moisturized without tightness after cleansing. Value for money: I think it's reasonably priced for the amount you get. Since I've been using only oil for my evening cleanse lately, I go through it quickly, but the affordable price makes it less burdensome.
ConsScent: While I understand the use of artificial fragrances to mask the typical oil smell, I personally find the scent a bit strong. It's not unusable or enough to deduct points though! Texture: As mentioned earlier, it's not thin, so it might feel a bit heavy or suffocating for some. However, I actually prefer that it doesn't drip everywhere. Cleansing power: If you're lazy and don't massage it in thoroughly, you'll definitely see residue when using an exfoliating toner afterward. For those who double cleanse, its cleansing power is more than sufficient (I confirmed it removes even waterproof mascara - see attached photo). But for those like me who use it alone, you need to massage it in carefully and diligently for a thorough cleanse down to the pores. I compensate for this with patient massage time, but I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't remove blackheads and whiteheads very well. I think it's because the ingredients themselves are quite gentle.
TipWill repurchase ✅ There are many cleansing oils on the market, but by my standards, this product is excellent. 5 out of 5 stars! I use it alone for my evening cleanse, but only when I've worn makeup. (I wear makeup 5-6 times a week, usually just base makeup. So I use it almost daily.) My cleansing method: 1. Prepare dry face and hands 2. Pump generously (I use about one and a half pumps) and apply all over the face 3. ~Endless rolling~ Massage thoroughly and carefully, thinking you're using the time you'd spend on double cleansing. I even give my jawline a little workout while I'm at it, taking my time with the massage. 4. Rinse your hands. Just your hands! 5. Use those hands to massage your face again. (This means extending the emulsification process instead of immediately splashing with water) ⭐️6. Repeat steps 4 and 5. Continue until the white, heavy feeling on your face disappears. At this point, massage a bit more firmly around the sides of your nose, between your eyebrows, and under your lips! 7. When the white residue and oiliness seem gone, rinse until it feels clean and refreshing ⭐️8. After patting dry, use a toner-soaked cotton pad to wipe your face thoroughly. Again, give the oily areas a bit more attention. I use COSRX Original Pads every other day - they seem to prevent dead skin buildup and keep my skin texture clean, but daily use is too harsh for me. You can use whatever toner or pad suits your skin. ❌For those who follow up with a foam cleanser, using an absorbent mask instead of an exfoliating toner might be less irritating. Don't be too aggressive with cleansing! 9. Follow up with a solid skincare routine! 10. Cleanse well in the morning This might vary depending on skin type, but since I'm not completely oil-free, I can't just use water like Choi Hwa-jung. Washing off the residual cleansing oil from the night before and any dust that settled overnight seems to prevent blemishes, so I don't just use water. I used to cleanse with a cleansing emulsion followed by an exfoliating toner before makeup, but as the weather got warmer and my skin felt oilier, I switched to a gentle low pH foam cleanser, followed by an absorbent mask before my skincare routine. Depending on your skin type and makeup intensity, you might want to double cleanse, remove point makeup separately, etc. Find what works best for you! ❗️Also, this product doesn't use preservatives, so it seems to spoil easily. It might be a bit inconvenient, but pay attention to storage to use it well until the end❗️

With just one use, I found this product to have excellent cleansing power while still feeling very gentle on my skin. What's more, even after using a foam cleanser afterwards, my skin didn't feel dry at all.
ConsThe scent is slightly reminiscent of cooking oil? There's a similar fishy smell. I deducted one star because of the fragrance.
TipIt's great to massage the oil in circular motions to remove stubborn sebum, then gently roll it off with water for a thorough cleanse.
