I tend to apply makeup heavily, but I don't need to use a separate eye makeup remover as the mascara is removed thoroughly and cleanly. It also doesn't irritate or feel uncomfortable when it gets in my eyes, so it seems gentle. The large size is also something I'm pleased with.

The cleansing power and emollient properties were really great!! (However, the waterproof feature seems to be a bit difficult to remove)

Blackheads don't seem to have much effect. Blackheads can be resolved simply by using a sebum-softening agent, so it's not particularly disappointing that I didn't buy it for the purpose of removing blackheads.

Blackheads can be removed, and whiteheads can be removed as well, but blackheads don't seem to be removed very well. It's suitable for daily use, but for mascara or heavy makeup, you should definitely use Rivena's remover. Heavy makeup doesn't come off very well, and eyeliner is only removed halfway.
