The built-in cushion puff is octagonal, matching the angular design of the case. The inside has a steel plate with star-shaped holes. True to its 'High Cover' name, I was thrilled with how well it covered my skin, which had been ravaged by mask-wearing and the effects of allergy season. Despite being high coverage, I was pleasantly surprised by how moisturizing it felt when I first applied it. After laying down the base, it gave me a natural glow while still finishing matte. The application and finish are absolutely GOOD! And let's talk about its long-wear capabilities! I applied my makeup at 1 PM and when I got home around 10 PM, there was no breakdown except where my mask had been. Impressive!

Usually, high-coverage products tend to feel matte and heavy, but this one doesn't. It gives a nice glow that looks beautiful and lasts for a long time. Also, I love that when you press the cushion, it doesn't directly touch the product. Instead, it goes through a filter first, which prevents too much product from coming out and makes it easier to control the amount. I've heard that this metal filter or mesh is more hygienic too!

Apply concealer first, then layer this on top and blend for a gradient effect. It creates a beautiful complexion!
