Personally, I think this tint looks the most beautiful when used as an accent lip, applying just a small amount to the inner lips with light tapping motions, rather than as a full lip or layered multiple times. Cool-toned folks, if you apply this just to the inner part of your lips over any base lip color, I guarantee you'll look instantly more put-together. It's like turning on a spotlight for your face!
