It's a holy grail product!!!!!!! I've been using it for over three bottles already. I was originally using the Dongkook Pharmaceutical Madecassoside 21 line because it suited me well, and then I heard the ampoule came out, so I tried it. Not only does it soothe, but my skin also feels less taut. I used to be an oily T-zone, but after using this, that's no longer an issue. It seems to have balanced my skin, and my skin has improved. The skincare products I use are this product, along with the Cyanics The Simple Toner and Lotion. I use them in the order of toner -> Madecassoside ampoule -> lotion, and it's really great.

I've been using Dong-A Pharmaceutical's Madeca cream and ampoule for years, so centella was a whole new world for me. Since it's summer, the Madeca ampoule I was using before might have been a bit heavy, so I tried switching to this one. But it's too watery and I'm not satisfied. It also lacks the signature thick and creamy texture of ampoules. I just use it as a first booster after cleansing.
