I love that it has triple functionality - whitening, anti-wrinkle, and UV protection - yet the ingredients are gentle and non-irritating. While it looks more like a white emulsion than a gel, it absorbs quickly without leaving any white cast, leaving the skin feeling hydrated. It gives a subtle brightening effect that feels like skincare, without making you look pale. That's why my husband uses it every morning even more than I do! The scent is pleasantly subtle. The pump bottle makes for clean and convenient application. While it's not sticky, it does have a somewhat slippery, rich feel. Because of this, I found it more suitable for fall and winter use rather than summer. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAug 16, 2020
Moisturizing yet with a fresh finish! Low on rich feeling, so it's great to apply before makeup or even touch up after. Blue Light Sun Gel! Highly recommended as a sunscreen for men too! As soon as you put it on the back of your hand, you feel a cool, refreshing effect. The cooling effect is said to instantly reduce skin temperature caused by sun exposure! It's especially good for summer use, and I highly recommend it for those who experience a lot of redness or burning sensations! The texture is thinner and more hydrating than a cream, but it doesn't run. I can't think of any downsides. It seems like anyone could use this without strong likes or dislikes! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJul 2, 2020
I have severe dry and super sensitive skin prone to dermatitis, but this moisturizes so well! It feels like an emulsion when applied and doesn't leave that sunscreen-like feeling. It's great as a base for makeup too! As for downsides... hmm, I can't really think of any. It's a solid, reliable product that works well. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 8, 2020
There's absolutely no white cast, it's moisturizing and absorbs well, giving you that coveted 'glass skin' effect When applied around the eyes, it stings so intensely that I definitely won't be repurchasing - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 16, 2020
Emulsion-like texture, cool sensation when applied, leaves skin feeling hydrated Slightly rich feeling, moisture evaporates over time leaving skin dry - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 13, 2020
I've been using this for about a year, so here's my review! I tried Make P:rem's cream and loved it, so I decided to buy their sunscreen too. The texture is pleasantly moisturizing, making it perfect for fall and winter use. I have slightly sensitive skin, but I didn't experience any blemishes or other issues. I'd say it's a reliable product. Looking at the texture in photos, it doesn't appear super lightweight, but it maintains hydration well, so I'd recommend it for those with dry skin. Also, there's no eye irritation, and it absorbs well into the skin. The 75ml size lasted a long time even with generous use (I use multiple products simultaneously, so it really lasted ages for me). I loved that the container has a pump, which made it very convenient to use. Well... my skin has been transitioning from dry to combination recently, so I found it a bit too heavy for spring and summer use. It feels like it has more of a rich texture rather than being purely hydrating. I think it might not suit those with oily skin types. However, it's really great for use during the colder months! In the morning, be careful not to apply too much, as it might cause your makeup to pill. I recommend using a tiny amount of cream, then generously applying the sunscreen mixed with your makeup base. This way, it absorbs well and won't cause your foundation to pill in the next step. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinNov 26, 2019
After searching high and low for a sunscreen that doesn't pill and absorbs well, I think I've finally found my holy grail! It's hydrating with a cooling effect, making it perfect for winter use. If you have dry skin like me or experience skin that feels hot, this will likely suit you well. Best of all, it plays nicely with makeup! I don't have any particular complaints. I've been using it consistently since summer and I'm satisfied overall. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 12, 2019
It's wonderfully hydrating! The application feels just like a moisturizer. Perfect for winter use! It might be too oily for those with oily skin types. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 21, 2019
It absorbs smoothly while keeping skin hydrated. There's no white cast either. Some people mention it stings their eyes, but I didn't experience that. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I use it with a wedge puff, so maybe it runs out faster that way? - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinOct 17, 2019
- The hydration in this product is truly captivating. As expected from a sun gel, it feels moisturizing when applied, and after application, you're left with a fresh, hydrated feeling rather than an oily residue. - True to its 'reduce heat' claim, it cools down the skin temperature, which helps with achieving a better base makeup look! It's perfect for my atopic skin. My face is usually flushed, but this product helps alleviate that heat, which I really appreciate. - I have allergies that often leave the area under my nose raw, and when the product touched this area, I felt some irritation (probably due to the alcohol content). - The durability of the lid is a bit disappointing. While I like that it's a pump-type container, the lid feels a bit loose (it separates from the base if you shake the product).
