I'm on my second tube... Even though it stings a bit, my sensitive skin feels much more comfortable after applying it. Around the time I finished the first tube, my complexion seemed to become more refined. I'm not sure if the dark spots have faded, but they don't seem to be getting worse. I used to only apply it before bed, but lately I've been using it before makeup as well. My skin doesn't look dull even in the afternoon.
