I have sensitive combination dehydrated skin with large pores in the butterfly and T-zones. As a gel cream enthusiast, I've tried various products, and this one wasn't bad at all. It's a transparent, completely gel-like cream similar to Petitfée, making it perfect for summer use. I didn't bother refrigerating it, but if you want to cool down from sun exposure or heat, storing it in the fridge would be even better. It absorbs without any residue, so your hair won't stick to your face. The gentle ingredients didn't cause any blemishes either. If you don't control the amount well, it pills immediately... Aren't mists and gel creams supposed to be okay to apply frequently to reduce heat and discomfort? For those of us who can't use aloe gel packs due to allergic reactions, this serves as a great alternative. I recommend giving it a try if you're in the same boat as me. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinFeb 16, 2025
I used this effectively when my skin needed calming or when it was feeling sensitive I'm not sure if it's because of the soothing gel, but occasionally there's some pilling - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 26, 2024
The gel absorbs quickly, which is great! It feels refreshingly cool too. However, if you apply too much, it tends to pill like foundation, unfortunately. I found that keeping this in the refrigerator makes it even more refreshingly cool. I really like that! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 11, 2024
It feels instantly cooling when applied, and I love that the ingredients are gentle on the skin After a while, it starts to feel warm, and due to its gel texture, it tends to pill like dead skin cells Opinions on this product vary widely, so I recommend reading reviews before purchasing - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 4, 2024
It has a decent level of hydration and average soothing effects. The absorption is good when it works, but it's not always consistent. Nothing dramatically impressive, to be honest... Due to its gel texture, it can sometimes pill when it doesn't absorb well into the skin. Try different techniques to improve absorption! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 21, 2024
It was great for soothing my skin when it felt hot and irritated during summer I noticed some pilling when I applied too much product under my makeup For best results, apply a generous layer on your face before bed to help calm your skin overnight - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 7, 2024
Repurchased 3+ times 1. No irritation 2. Fragrance-free 3. Quickly calms blemishes 4. Rapidly reduces skin heat 1. Tends to pill until fully absorbed 2. Can be drying 3. Disappointing when used as a cream substitute Apply generously at night rather than during the day If using during daytime, apply additional cream to dry areas Recommended for summer use - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinMar 1, 2024
It calms the skin effectively and absorbs well. Personally, I found this to be even better than aloe vera products. There's a bit of pilling, and while I'd love to use it generously like a mask, the price is quite steep. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinDec 19, 2023
I'm not usually a fan of gel products, but I decided to give this B.plane one a try when there was a free shipping deal. While it's a bit drying for my skin, I find it works well for calming blemishes. Due to its gel consistency, it tends to pill, making it difficult to use before applying makeup. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 19, 2023
I bought this because I needed to reduce skin heat and increase hydration. The cica ingredient suits my skin well, so it immediately calms my skin when applied. Compared to another brand's soothing gel (A****a), this one has slightly less moisture but seems to have a denser texture. The other brand's gel tends to lose its shape when pumped due to high water content, but this gel maintains its form and has a more elastic texture. As I mentioned earlier, this might be just my personal experience, but perhaps due to its higher density, it feels a bit heavy on the skin when applied. Although it calms the skin, I tend to get a small blemish the next day without fail. I wish it had more hydration. This is typical of all soothing gels, but you need to cleanse your face well the next morning. When I applied my mineral sunscreen over it, it pilled like dead skin cells. Use an appropriate amount. If you apply too much, even a gel can clog pores and make your skin feel congested.
