Normally, when I have my period, I have a lot of skin troubles that bother me, but after cleansing my face and applying it before bed, I've noticed that it helps calm things down a bit!

Pros
This is one of the few cosmetics I've been using for years. It's effective for soothing sensitive skin and minor burns.
Cons
It might not be great for oily skin. I'd recommend it for sensitive, dry skin. But the old white plastic container was better. The renewed glass container has a green coating that peels off when you use the cream, getting on your fingers.

The Moa The Green Balm was purchased in bulk by my mother through home shopping after I returned from a European trip in 2014 and my skin was extremely irritated, causing me stress. Haha. At first, I didn't want to apply it because the scent was strange, and I wasn't sure if it would be effective. However, I've been using it religiously for almost 4 years now since 2014. I always apply a generous amount as a night care, and it seems to soothe my skin and improve its condition, so I use it 365 days a year. It's a holy grail product for me!! But I think it may vary from person to person.
Cons
The only downside is that the scent is not pleasant, and if you don't like oily textures like me, I wouldn't recommend it. I even apply it in the summer, but if you're not looking for a winter moisturizer, you might not like it. Also, if you apply it in the morning, it can make your makeup slide off, so I only use it as a night care.
Tip
To be honest, I'm not sure about the quality of the ingredients, but if you, like me, enjoy oily textures, applying an appropriate amount at night and then waking up with improved skin is great. Haha, at least that's how it was for me.

My skin is very sensitive, so I can't use just anything carelessly. But when I skipped the toner, lotion, and essence and only used this, my skin calmed down and became moisturized. I love it~~

When your skin is very dry, apply a thin layer in the evening after cleansing and go to sleep. The next day, the dryness will be significantly reduced, and any flaky areas will be soothed.
Cons
I applied it for 3 consecutive nights, and it caused more breakouts of small pimples. It's probably best to only use it when your skin is particularly dry or irritated.
