The dry areas can be thickly applied in a spot-like manner, and it's great that they become moisturized the next day. It's a safe product to use on newborns as well. My second child had dry scalp with flaky skin, but after gently applying it with a cotton swab and wiping with a warm towel for about two days, the flaky skin disappeared without any skin irritation. Now the scalp is smooth and supple. My child also had eczema-like dryness on the legs and arms, and the doctor advised to provide sufficient moisture, so I'm managing it with Moa Balm. The cracked skin has become a bit smoother, although it's still dry.
Cons
Well... it's natural for it to be oily at night. If you find it burdensome to apply regularly, you can mix it with a cream and apply it all over your face like a night pack.

I'm more on the dry side, so I only use 36GB daughter RAM and 18GB son RAM after showering and apply it to my face~ The scent is nice and it lasts longer than expected, which I like~

Pros
The kids used it effectively last winter when their faces got really red. This winter, it hasn't been as dry or cold yet, so I haven't used it much. It was also really effective in soothing my sunburned skin in the summer. I use it like an emergency first-aid item.~^^
