This is my holy grail foundation for combination dehydrated skin! It's hydrating yet sets to a soft matte finish. It applies thinly, creating a beautiful skin-like appearance. Some foundations are too thick and emphasize pores and texture, making skin look worse, but this one is lightweight, enhancing skin texture. Plus, its slight yellow undertone actually helps even out the complexion! The coverage isn't particularly high. So I apply one layer all over and then use concealer to tackle any blemishes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 24, 2022
I really like how it applies so lightly and silkily... however The coverage is so poor that it's not worth the money... It seems like only those with flawless skin should use this - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 20, 2022
Lightweight and creates a beautiful skin appearance. Layering slightly improves coverage. Low coverage and has a moisturizing formula that may transfer slightly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 15, 2022
My absolute holy grail!! Apply it lightly and pat with a sponge - it instantly makes your skin look amazing The coverage is quite lacking, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with a lot of blemishes Use a damp sponge and bounce it on your skin - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 2, 2022
Adherence to skin The adherence is great The adherence is excellent. Among all the foundations and cushions I've tried so far, Armani seems to be the best when it comes to such thin, skin-like adherence Application The application is fantastic. It applies thinly and not too heavily, feeling incredibly lightweight as if you're not wearing anything Mask transfer Compared to other products, it definitely transfers less onto masks. Interestingly, while some product does get on the mask, it doesn't cause the makeup to peel off the skin. Even if there's slight peeling, it's easily fixed by gently patting with your fingers Coverage I'd say the coverage is about 2 out of 5 stars If you have a lot of blemishes, a concealer is a must. Still, you can achieve natural-looking coverage by layering it a few times (though it won't be perfect) Darkening There's almost no darkening effect Blemishes Despite having skin that doesn't usually react to cosmetic ingredients, I experienced breakouts for the first time in decades. However, I keep using it because of its great adherence and lasting power. I've heard that Hera has released a foundation similar to Giorgio's, so I'm planning to switch to the Hera Silky Foundation soon! For those with dry skin, it's important to establish a solid skincare base before applying this foundation. If you have a lot of blemishes or acne, you might find the coverage lacking, so using a concealer would be advisable - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinJan 6, 2022
The adherence is really good, it's moisturizing and feels light on the skin. While it doesn't offer high coverage, I personally prefer a natural skin look, so I liked it. It seems like a foundation that would make skin look beautiful on those with already good complexions. I was satisfied and used about 2/3 of the bottle. First off, the staying power is really poor. I only used a small pump for my entire face, but after about two hours, while it hadn't completely broken down, I could already see areas that needed touch-ups. I continued using it anyway... The biggest drawback was that while using about 2/3 of it, I strangely developed small blemishes here and there. Sometimes, areas with thinner skin even felt a bit tingly. But at the time, I never imagined it could be the foundation's fault. Thinking my skin barrier might have weakened, I completely changed my skincare routine, and when that didn't help, I even switched sunscreens. Still, my skin would feel irritated during makeup application. Then, while shopping at a department store, I bought a different foundation. When I first applied it, my skin felt so comfortable. After that, suspecting it might be the foundation causing issues, I completely switched to the new one, and the skin irritation and small blemishes all disappeared... While Armani is a good foundation brand, I don't think it's worth dealing with these skin issues. There are many other good foundations out there. So, I've left the remaining 1/3 of the bottle unused. I think it looks prettier when applied thinly. I'd recommend it if you don't have skin sensitivity issues. However, it can cause very small blemishes, so be careful and observe your skin closely. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinNov 2, 2021
This is my go-to product. It's lightweight and perfect for achieving a natural-looking complexion. The price is a bit steep. The coverage seems somewhat lacking. I have quite a few blemishes, so using it with a concealer like Na* makes my skin look flawless! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 19, 2021
It was easy to apply with quick, light strokes. The generous amount lasted longer than I expected. It seemed to darken my complexion a bit and had poor staying power. Moreover, I felt it tended to cause blemishes, so after use, I had to go through the hassle of cleansing thoroughly and even following up with a mask. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJul 7, 2021
Beautiful ivory tone Lightweight feel Gracefully fades Neutralizes redness Don't expect perfect coverage. Difficult to choose the right shade without physical stores in rural areas Testing is a must Bought shade 4 based on recommendations for Korean skin Ended up looking like I applied a clay mask - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 5, 2021
I love how it feels moisturizing and adheres lightly to the skin. It's not heavy and feels clean. The staying power is decent, and it fades gracefully. The longevity isn't quite 24 hours as you might expect. It does eventually break down, but it fades prettily. Still, it lasts longer than most drugstore options. It works best with a damp beauty sponge. Great for quick makeup application. A perfect everyday product.
