Despite the high price, I'm not sure what's so great about it. The fragrance is definitely mild though. The value for money is absolutely terrible. Many people think it doesn't contain surfactants, but if you check the ingredient list again, you'll see they're there. Also, after using this, I kept getting acne-like blemishes on the back of my neck, which was really troublesome. I'm not sure if this product is worth the price. They market it as a shampoo without surfactants, but it actually does contain them. It just doesn't include certain types of surfactants, which I don't think is such a big selling point to boast about. It's just a decent, run-of-the-mill shampoo. It doesn't dry out your hair, has good cleansing effectiveness, a neutral scent, doesn't cause irritation or blemishes. But I'm not sure if it's worth paying this much for these basic features. If you have some extra cash, it might be worth trying, but I probably won't repurchase it. However, after using this product, my scalp blemishes and itching have significantly reduced.
