The price, you know... I do trust it because of the ingredients, but the price is always a concern haha.

The Isoi products are really great for soothing the skin when it becomes reddened from heat irritation. I can trust and use all of their products with confidence!

The pad was thin, but since it was made of gauze material, it didn't have that snug, adhering feeling on the skin. And when I talked after applying it, there were parts that felt a bit loose.
Moreover, there was enough essence inside that it felt sloshy, but there was no middle cap, so it was inconvenient. And it was just loosely placed in the box without any plastic wrapping, so it didn't seem very hygienic.

The thin gauze pad did not feel scratchy when wiping away the skin, and since it was soaked in essence, it felt moisturizing and nice.
I usually apply it for about 5 minutes when drying my hair, and wipe it off once at the end. The area where the pad was applied felt temporarily pale, but it helped reduce the heat well, and seemed to help refine the skin texture.
The Cica ampoule was difficult to use due to its stickiness, but the pad had a similar feel, but only felt a bit sticky when absorbing, then finished smoothly, and had a good soothing effect.

The size is too small, making it difficult to cover the entire face. This led me to search for a different pad, which was a critical issue.

The pad is delicate, causing minimal irritation and effectively reducing heat.

I didn't have any dissatisfying points while using the product. It's good.

The pads didn't separate well, so I had to check if I was using just one or not!
After taking off the pad, it felt a bit sticky and stuffy when I was sleeping.

It sticks well to the face and doesn't fall off easily, and it feels so refreshing that you just want to keep it on!
Even if redness or blemishes come up due to makeup, putting this on helps calm it down.
It's really wonderfully cooling, I don't want to take it off haha. It stays moist and hydrated for a long time even when left on for a while.
