It really makes my skin feel hydrated, supple, and refreshing.
ConsIt clumps together, making it difficult to peel off one sheet at a time, and the absorbency is a bit lacking.

So I wiped my face with toner according to my skin condition and put one sheet on the affected area and slept, and it subsided a little the next day?!?!? And the ampoule volume in the bottle is full! I don't think it will dry out at all!! And the cotton? pad doesn't stretch or tear easily and the moisture doesn't evaporate quickly! And I applied the leftover on my elbows and knees after wiping my face, and my skin became soft and baby-like :) I'm a little dry, but I didn't feel dry even after using just this toner. And most moisturizing products are oily, but this one feels like it's moisturizing with water.
ConsThe pad may feel a bit strong for sensitive skin ㅠㅠ It can be a little stinging ㅠㅠ And it would be more convenient if there was a separate place to put the tweezers? Although it's just a little bit, the absorbency of the pad isn't that great compared to others. But it's fine since it's moisturizing! Blackheads didn't go away, and the pads came all messed up at first, which was a bit of a surprise.
TipI wiped my arms and elbows with the leftover from my face, and my arms and elbows became as soft as a baby's! And if you put it on a pimple and sleep, it will disappear or shrink the next day!

First of all, I think it's a great product to use as a toner! I used the lotion with the toner in the morning and the ampoule with the toner pack in the evening. Personally, I found the pad to be quite thin but very densely woven, and it felt very soft when using it as a toner. The essence was also sufficiently soaked in! Thanks to that, I was able to use it as a toner without any discomfort. Especially these days when the weather is getting warmer, I think the toner is just about right. After using the toner, my combination skin tends to get a bit dry, so applying an ampoule or a light lotion on top works great - it helps soothe and moisturize my skin. 😊 As I'll mention below, I'd recommend the toner pack more for the dry spring and fall seasons. Oh, and while the lemon scent might be divisive, I personally found it refreshing in the mornings. Overall, it's a product that can gently soothe and moisturize the skin.
ConsIn terms of convenience, the seal or cover was a bit difficult to peel off at first, and I had to struggle a bit to open it (as you can see in the photo). 😭 And when using it as a toner pack, the pad is quite thin, so it's a bit tricky to pick up a single sheet with the tweezers. As for the product itself, as I mentioned, it's moisturizing, but it takes a bit of time to absorb, about 5 minutes for my combination skin. And when using it as a toner pack, it's moisturizing and soothing, but the essence is a tad sticky. Before the weather got warmer, it didn't feel too tacky in the morning, but now that it's hotter, it does feel a bit sticky and tacky. 😞 But since the purpose of the product is to soothe, I can overlook this. I'd recommend using the toner pack more in the spring and fall seasons.

But through this Hwahae Trial event, I was able to use the Cica Pad and leave a repurchase recommendation review.🍀 When I first opened it, I was satisfied to see that there were a lot of green-colored ampoules inside. The cool green color made me want to apply the pad to my skin right away! After refrigerating and applying it to my skin, there was a cooling sensation and a clear calming effect! These days, the sunlight is too strong and the weather is so hot that I would get a lot of redness and stress when I went outside, but after using the Cica Pad, my skin felt soothed and the redness was slightly reduced. Haha!
ConsSince the pad is made of gauze, the ampoules don't seem to be absorbed very well. I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but the pad dried out very quickly, even though I left it on for 5-10 minutes.
TipStore it in the refrigerator! It's so refreshing and perfect for the summer!

First of all, I have oily, sensitive skin and often get inflammatory acne, large pores, and acne scars. My usual skincare routine: After cleansing, I wipe my face with an oligomeric hyaluronic acid toner → use the Dajayeon Houttuynia Cordata Serum / Toridoll Dive-in Serum → and then apply the Dr.G Red Blemish Multi Fluid as my basic skincare. I used the Cica Calming Pad as a toner replacement and as a spot treatment after my usual toner. ✔User Experience The cooling sensation was the biggest advantage when I first used it. As the product is marketed for improving redness, I felt it effectively soothed the heat on my face. The calming effect helped to subside minor blemishes within 3-4 days, except for the more severe cystic acne. ✔Fragrance It has a slightly refreshing... scent. The fragrance was quite different from other cica products I've used before, but it wasn't unpleasant, and I actually liked it. ✔Calming Effect, Blemishes The calming effect was... not dramatically effective, but I thought it was quite decent considering the short time frame. There was no lingering heat, itchiness, or other irritation after using it. ✔Finish Maybe because I'm used to using lightweight, refreshing base products... there was a slight residual feeling left behind.
ConsAs mentioned earlier, there was a slight residual feeling, so after applying the base products, it felt like the dust and bedding dust would cling to all sides... If not absorbed properly, the foundation also seemed to slip a little.
