If you don't shake it before use, the layers will separate, and the concentration will change later on, making it difficult to use up the entire product by pumping.

In the evening, after using cleansing oil, I used it for double cleansing and only needed to pump it once to get a good lather. After cleansing, my skin felt moisturized and not tight, which I really liked.

If you have oily skin or a lot of pores, blackheads, and whiteheads, use the charcoal one. The cleansing power is much better. I thought my skin might have gotten a bit drier as I aged, so I bought the green tea one too, but it seems my skin is still oily. The green tea one seems more suitable for those with less oily skin and sensitive skin types.

It's not even worth one star. The cleansing power is poor. The lather doesn't come out abundantly, and after washing my face, there's no moisturized feeling, but rather an oily residue left on my face. Even after rinsing off the foam, there's still oil left on my hands. When it's hot, my seborrheic dermatitis, which was only on my scalp, sometimes spreads to my face, and after washing, my nose becomes red and irritated. (The charcoal one makes my skin feel smooth.) The seborrheic scales on my nose remain even after rinsing with my hands, so the cleansing power is really poor. After using this, I started getting more pimples on my chin, and a lot of whiteheads appeared on my chin as well. There are also a lot of blackheads around my lip line. After trying the charcoal option, which is the same product but with a different option, I realized how unsuitable the green tea product is for me. I was surprised by the many reviews saying the cleansing is good. While mild products may not be as squeaky clean, this product didn't cleanse my skin at all, to the point of irritation. It's the worst cleansing product ever. If this brand has any Hwahae Trial Reviewer or survey events, I'll definitely not apply. It was too much of a hassle...
Also, it hardens over time and doesn't come out easily. You have to slightly open the pump and stir it a bit to get it out. The more you use it, the harder it gets, and you have to stir it like mixing flour dough.

It has a large capacity, so it can be used for a long time and you don't have to be frugal.

I'm using it without any issues :) It seems to suit me well.

My skin used to feel tight and stinging after washing my face every day due to dryness, but this product didn't cause any of that! The scent is not too polarizing, and the lather is nice and dense.
