It's great value for money with frequent sales and buy-one-get-one-free offers on large sizes. It's gentle on the skin, doesn't cause blemishes, and is perfect for everyday use. The downside, if you can call it that, is that the large size can get a bit monotonous. You might want to try something different, but it's not easy when you've got so much product left. - an********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedApr 1, 2022
First off, the size is really generous and the price is wallet-friendly. It's my first time using a pump-style cleanser, and it's incredibly convenient! The scent is pleasant too. When you dispense it into your hand, you get a rich, creamy cleanser. It lathers up nicely, cleanses effectively, and I really enjoyed using it! To be honest, I'm using this large cleanser without any real complaints, so it's hard to find a downside. But if I had to mention one thing... I usually prefer functional skincare products, mainly focusing on brightening effects. This cleanser, however, seems to just cleanse - true to its name. It's a cleanser that simply cleanses, nothing more. - mh****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 19, 2021
I use this as a second cleanser after my cleansing oil in the evening. Just one pump creates a rich lather, and after rinsing, my skin feels moisturized without any tightness. It's really great! If you forget to shake it before use, the layers separate, which changes the consistency over time. This makes it difficult to pump out the product completely towards the end. - kr******Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessJun 11, 2021
The beast-sized volume means you can use it for a long time without worrying about running out. It doesn't even deserve one star. The cleansing effectiveness is poor. The foam isn't rich, and after washing, there's no moisturized feeling at all. Instead, facial oil remains, and even though I used the foam, my hands are still greasy from my face. When it's hot, my seborrheic dermatitis, usually confined to my scalp, spreads to my face. After washing, my nose turns red and weeps. (The charcoal version makes my skin smooth.) The seborrheic dead skin cells on my nose remain even after rinsing by hand - the cleansing power is really subpar. Since using this, I've been getting more chin acne and lots of whiteheads on my chin. Blackheads around my lip line have also increased. Only after trying the charcoal option of the same product line did I realize how unsuitable the green tea version is for me. I'm surprised by the many reviews praising its cleansing power. While gentle products aren't supposed to be too squeaky clean, this product didn't cleanse at all to the point where my skin was irritated. It's the worst cleanser ever. If this brand appears in Hwahae Testers or survey events, I'll definitely avoid applying. I got burned badly... Also, as you use it, it hardens and doesn't come out easily. You need to slightly open the pump and stir it to get it out. As you near the end, it hardens more, requiring stirring like you're kneading dough. If you have oily skin, prominent pores, or lots of blackheads and whiteheads, use the charcoal version. Its cleansing effectiveness is much better. I thought I might have become slightly dry with age, so I bought the green tea version too, but I realized oily skin stays oily. The green tea version seems more suitable for those with less oily, sensitive skin types. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 13, 2021
As someone with extremely dry skin, my face used to feel tight and tingly after washing every day. But with this product, I don't experience any of that! The scent is neutral, unlikely to polarize opinions, and it produces a rich, dense lather! I'm using this product without any complaints. It seems to suit me well. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 3, 2021
I love that it comes in a large size. It's gentle on the skin. Even if it gets in your eyes, it's less irritating. It also lathers up nicely. The texture is a bit thin, so it feels like it's running out faster than expected. When you're almost done with it, it becomes difficult to squeeze out the last bits. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 11, 2021
A small amount produces lots of foam and leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean While it seems gentle due to its herbal tea base, its cleansing power is surprisingly strong - almost like a body cleanser. It leaves my face feeling too squeaky clean. As someone with dry cheeks, it doesn't suit me well. This might be better for those with sensitive but oily skin - yu********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 30, 2021
I love that it comes in a large size and it's even more affordable when on sale. The big volume means it lasts a long time, which is great. There's nothing to complain about. It's great that you can choose a foam cleanser that suits your skin type. - th*******Combination SkinRecommendedJan 4, 2021
I love that there's no deep dryness after cleansing! The foam is incredibly rich! I haven't used it much, so I'm not sure yet. So far, I haven't noticed any drawbacks. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedNov 28, 2020
The texture is slightly thin. Moderate foam production. The cleansing effectiveness is great. If you wipe off makeup with a tissue and then wash with this product, your skin feels fresh and clean. The scent is pleasant and inoffensive. Sometimes the pump doesn't work well. When that happens, just give the whole bottle a good shake and tap it a few times before using. I recommend using a foam dispenser or foam net for best results.
