Pros
This is a perfect staple product. I've heard many positive reviews about how this product brightened their skin, reduced their skin troubles, and improved their skin dryness, so I'm really pleased with this item.
Cons
The liquid and thick formulas seem to separate - after using about two-thirds of the product, only the thick formula is left, and no matter how much I press the pump, nothing comes out.
Tip
So from my second purchase onwards, I shake the product intermittently during use, and when only the thick formula is left, I add some water to use it.

There is a lot of product and it's inexpensive. While it's not quite my personal preference, I think the fragrance is quite nice.
Cons
The cleansing is not very effective. Those sensitive to fragrance may not be fully satisfied. It doesn't seem suitable for oily skin.

It has almost no cleansing power. I used it with the Graymelin Cleansing Oil, but both had no cleansing power. It was non-irritating and unremarkable, but after using this product, my blackheads increased..

The GrayMellin is great because it has a large capacity. It's not enough for just makeup removal, but it's good for use as a secondary cleansing step.
Cons

It has great value for the money I use this for my evening cleansing routine, and it feels refreshing and nice For makeup or sunscreen, this is good for single cleansing, but you may need an oil cleanser as well
Cons
If you feel like your skin is lacking moisture in between, the pump doesn't work well and it's hard to get product out towards the bottom
