Pros
I have sensitive combination skin. If I use an ingredient that doesn't suit me, clogged pores and acne pop up all over my face. Luckily, this product didn't cause that! I was curious about the cleansing power, so I tried removing it from my lips without using an eye makeup remover, and it all came off! It's much lighter than oil, but there's no tightness after rinsing with water. There's no tightness, and the cleansing power is satisfactory, so I'm using it happily.
Cons
I hesitate to call this a downside, but the formula feels a bit dry when rolling it on the face. Rolling it on can be a bit difficult. I wish the formula was a bit more comfortable to roll on.
Tip
For those with oily skin, just using this as a first cleanse might be a bit too much. I'd recommend following up with a gentle foam cleanser after using this.

Pros
I've been using it for several years now. First of all, it doesn't feel dry or tight even after use, which I really like. When I roll it, it removes most of my makeup.
Cons
I wish they could lower the price a bit. And if they could just remove the oil-based ingredients, it would be even better..

It's mild yet cleanly removable. I use the remover to take off my point makeup, and this to remove the rest of my makeup - it's not drying, it's soft, and it dissolves well. I like it.
Cons
The gel is a bit watery, so it sometimes oozes out. But it's good to apply generously and let it dissolve, so it's not too bad.

It's really watery and oil-free, so I was worried it wouldn't remove my makeup well, but my makeup melts away completely!
