I'd recommend following up with a gentle foam cleanser after using this.

I hesitate to call this a downside, but the formula feels a bit dry when rolling it on the face.
Rolling it on can be a bit difficult.
I wish the formula was a bit more comfortable to roll on.

I have sensitive combination skin.
If I use an ingredient that doesn't suit me, clogged pores and acne pop up all over my face. Luckily, this product didn't cause that! 
I was curious about the cleansing power, so I tried removing it from my lips without using an eye makeup remover, and it all came off! 
It's much lighter than oil, but there's no tightness after rinsing with water.
There's no tightness, and the cleansing power is satisfactory, so I'm using it happily.

I wouldn't call it a downside, but my makeup does seem to wear off sometimes. I've been thinking about it, but I'm still using it.

Gently massaging along the skin's texture, and then massaging the T-zone and cheek area against the direction of the fuzz, makes for an incredibly refreshing cleansing experience!

I've always found using cleansing oils burdensome, but I didn't feel any discomfort at all!! The texture was not at all heavy, and it was amazing how effectively it removed eye makeup, lip makeup, and product buildup in my pores! I have very sensitive skin and usually struggle when switching shampoos or using incompatible ones, but using this product made me realize that the ingredients in my previous cleansing oil didn't agree with me. When using other products, my face would become reddish after cleansing and take a while to calm down, but this allowed me to cleanse without any major irritation, which was great for my sensitive skin!

When it's on sale, buy in bulk with the 1+1 deal. It's amazing!

First of all, it doesn't feel dry or tight even after use, which I really like.
When I roll it, it removes most of my makeup.

The gel is a bit watery, so it sometimes oozes out. But it's good to apply generously and let it dissolve, so it's not too bad.

It's mild yet cleanly removable. I use the remover to take off my point makeup, and this to remove the rest of my makeup - it's not drying, it's soft, and it dissolves well. I like it.

There's no other product like this, so I bought three when it was on sale. While cleansing, it keeps my skin hydrated and dewy. When I wipe it off with a cotton pad, it also helps manage my dead skin. On dry days, I like to melt it, wipe, and apply it again for a nice massage. It seems to be a holy grail product for me.

When doing my makeup, I first cleanse with this product, then use a mild foaming cleanser for the second cleanse, and immediately apply my skincare routine~ I use an ampoule and gel-type products, and as a moisture-deficient oily-skinned person, it keeps my skin nicely hydrated without making it greasy haha.

It takes some time to remove my mascara!
So when I use mascara, I first remove it with a lip and eye makeup remover,
and then use this product!

I've been using this product even before the renewal,
