The large size is great for sharing with family without feeling wasteful! We all use it together despite our different skin types, and everyone's satisfied. The scent is nearly fragrance-free, so it won't bother you. Among Graymelin's products, the green and yellow versions are my favorites! It's not irritating, and I'll definitely keep buying it. Highly recommended product! To be honest, I'm not sure about its whitening effects. But since I use toners primarily to prep my skin before the rest of my skincare routine, I don't find it particularly disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 6, 2021
It's relatively affordable for such a large size. After applying, my skin feels nicely hydrated. I'm not sure about its brightening effects. There's a slight tingling sensation when applied. - gp********Combination SkinSensitive SkinJan 24, 2021
I've tried it and it's gentle on the skin. I always use toner right after cleansing, so I believe a mild toner is the best choice! I've also used the Green Food toner, and personally, I think the Green Food one is a bit... better! - dh******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 22, 2020
Application: After wiping your face with a cotton pad, gently pat the product in with your hands for moisturized skin. Absorption: It absorbs well whether you apply it once or layer it multiple times. Hydration: As it's a toner, the hydration level isn't particularly high. For those with super sensitive skin, it may cause a tingling sensation or lead to blemishes. - ch********Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedDec 1, 2020
It was so hydrating! The bottle is generous and affordable, so I used it as a mist. A quick spritz and dryness disappears completely! The liquid texture does run a bit, but it didn't really bother me. Unfortunately, I didn't see any brightening effects. The ingredients seemed good, but it just didn't work for me in that aspect. Great as a mist! - mi********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 12, 2020
I snagged this at a great price on social media and have been using it comfortably. I use it as a toner right after cleansing, wiping it off immediately. It's convenient to use generously since it comes in a large, economical size. The gentle ingredients don't irritate even sensitive skin. It can feel a bit drying if used alone, so I need to follow up with another moisturizing toner for hydration. I'm not really sure about its effectiveness as a brightening toner. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedSep 25, 2020
This is a decent, no-frills toner. It doesn't cause any major issues and doesn't irritate my skin. The large size and affordable price make it great for generous, worry-free application. The bottle is so big that it seems to last forever. It's almost frustrating when you want to try a new product, but you still have so much left that it's hard to justify switching. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 8, 2020
It feels like a regular toner? I once bought a toner that irritated my skin, but this one doesn't give me that feeling at all! It seems really gentle on the skin. I'm not sure about the brightening effects yet, I'll need to use it a bit longer! I hope it helps fade some of the blemishes on my skin, even if just a little. - tm*****Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedAug 14, 2020
I hadn't tried their brightening line before, but I took advantage of a sale this time. I'm using it as an exfoliating toner, and the volume is so generous that I can use it liberally without worry. I think it's even better because the consistency isn't watery like other toners. This product also stings my eyes quite a bit... I'm using it while avoiding the area around my eyes. I soak a cotton pad generously and use it as a mask. - j_*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 21, 2020
Hello Hwahae users! I'd like to help you as much as possible with products you're interested in or considering buying, so let me start by describing my skin type. My facial skin: Thin, extremely dry with redness and heat sensitivity. Lips: Prone to cold sores when tired, and I choose lip balms that are safe to ingest as I apply them daily. Body: Some atopic dermatitis and psoriasis, with a history of long-term steroid use. Overall: Not hyper-sensitive or prone to sudden reactions. I'll provide detailed feedback based on my skin type. My recommendations will be for those with similar skin concerns. (Note: I have very strict standards for cosmetics, so most products I've tried end up discarded due to insufficient hydration. The ones I review are the least drying.) #Key Features Summary# #Massive size#Great value#Dokdo#7-skin method#Non-sticky hydration##Niacinamide#Tangerine water#Natural cosmetics#Citrus notes# Here's a summary of key features for those interested: 1. Massive 500ml size (Incredible value!) Everyone's probably drawn to this, right? I am too. 500ml for just 7000 won - isn't that amazingly affordable? Grey Melin offers great value natural cosmetics, with affordable color-coded lines and even cheaper set options. Highly recommended for those seeking value and large quantities. 2. Light stickiness, gentle hydration (Suitable for all skin types) The texture is just right - lighter than typical essences for combination skin, quick-absorbing with minimal oiliness. But it's not lacking in hydration. It's perfectly balanced as a toner, neither too rich nor too light. Great for quick morning routines when you want to skip essence. 3. Subtle, refreshing scent Despite having no added fragrances, it has a slight, refreshing scent - the best I've experienced in a toner. 4. Niacinamide While you don't need this product specifically for brightening, if niacinamide works well for you, it's a great addition to your skincare routine. (Brightening works by exfoliating and inhibiting melanin production, which can irritate sensitive skin. This product's high niacinamide content is suitable for all skin types year-round, especially if niacinamide agrees with you.) 5. Easy to check remaining product, hygienic cap design 6. Suitable for sensitive skin (No itching, redness, or stinging) 7. Works for oily skin too 8. Primarily natural, plant-derived ingredients 9. Minimal preservatives (both a pro and a con, so use quickly) 1. Doesn't lather well. 2. The container design doesn't protect well against light. 3. While the cap stays clean, it's not very secure. 4. Use quickly after opening (expected short shelf life). @Dokdo @7-skin method@ @Can be combined with other brightening products @Around 7,000 won when on sale
