Although it's yellow, it seems to only contain niacinamide and not vitamin C, which might be why it lacks the typical stickiness and oily feel of vitamin serums. I really appreciate that. It seems to provide a light, refreshing hydration. While it may not offer deep, intense moisturization, it does seem to deliver the basic hydration you'd expect from typical serums. It appears to be non-irritating. It feels very gentle, almost like applying a hydrating aloe gel. I bought it during a sale, so it was incredibly affordable! Being able to use it generously without worrying about the cost is a big plus.
ConsI'm not expecting major brightening effects from skincare, but it's hard to tell if it's making a difference. That said, even when I've used expensive, high-concentration vitamin serums, I've seen improvements in skin texture but not significant brightening, so I'm not too concerned about it.
TipSince I prioritize hydration, I don't use this alone. After applying this, I like to layer a bit of hyaluronic acid ampoule on top. I feel it helps to supplement any lacking moisture, so I use them together.

Unlike the slightly irritating toner, this product isn't harsh at all. It's a hydrating formula (quite fluid in consistency). The dropper bottle makes it convenient to use.
ConsI'm not sure if it really has any brightening effects. Because it's so fluid, it tends to run off the skin quite often.
TipYou can get it at a great price if you buy during promotional events.

It seemed to have a positive effect on hydration. The price is definitely a steal.
ConsThe term 'gentle' could also mean that the effects are subtle. Additionally, apart from calamansi extract, the vitamin C ingredients mentioned by this brand seem to be present mostly as extracts, but likely in small amounts. So, it might be unrealistic to expect significant brightening results.
