Before this, I used the Keep Cool Bamboo Toner and was satisfied with its hydrating effect, but after two bottles, I wanted to try something new. Although there weren't many reviews, I had some expectations for its 'red' anti-aging effects. It seems to meet the basic requirements for a toner, providing hydration and a slight slip that helps lock in moisture. My initial impression was that it lacked hydration and slip, making me wonder if I'd made a mistake, but it turns out to be decent. My skin type: Oily when younger, gradually becoming dry-combination. I need products with firming and wrinkle-improving functions. Also, this product doesn't apply with a red color on the face. Recommended for: Up to oily skin types in their 20s.
ConsHowever, to be honest, it falls short of the Keep Cool Bamboo Toner's hydrating power (which wasn't extraordinary either). It made me appreciate the Bamboo Toner more. The anti-aging implications and 'red' claims should probably be removed from the marketing. It's such a light toner... It's moderately usable, but I probably won't repurchase. In the future, if I'm unsure about a product even after reading reviews, I should probably pass on it.
