The lips have many wrinkles and a purplish color. I don't have thin lips, but I don't like the many wrinkles, so I tried purchasing this product. The plumping effect is good. The lip wrinkles are not perfectly smoothed out, but about 85% of them are. Personally, I find wrinkles more stressful than thin lips, so I'm really satisfied with this product. For those curious about how filler would feel on their own lips, it's worth trying this out. (For those who want a more natural look than Dew Lips.) You must be very careful with the amount you use. Otherwise, it can spread throughout the mouth and even drip down below the lips!
