Pros
I'm someone who uses a plumper to stay awake during exam periods lol I was looking for a strongly tingling plumper, so I'm very satisfied! Even though my lips are always dry and cracked, when I apply this, they stay moisturized and supple for a while.
Cons
This is unavoidable due to the nature of plumpers, but it stings if there are any wounds. And the tip is square, so it's hard to apply carefully with the tip. But since it's been renewed/re-released with a round tip, that should no longer be an issue.

It really puffed up so well!! Cardi B's lips looked plump and the lasting power was great.
Cons
It stung so much... I wonder if it's because of the bad ingredients that it's puffing up. But since it makes me look prettier, I guess it's still okay. Lip plumpers are usually all stingy anyway.
Tip
Apply it perfectly on the lips, and then gently massage it. That way, it won't puff up as much. Just apply it and leave it alone, and it will really puff up nicely.

It tingles and smooths out lip wrinkles within about 10 seconds after application! The long-lasting tingling sensation suggests it has good staying power as well. The silicone tip makes it hygienic to use.
Cons

I received a slightly glossy lip balm and when I tried it, I thought it was so pretty that I really wanted to try the plumper properly. Then I received the matte Holika Holika lip plumper, but I just bought the glossy one. I've never used a plumper before and I'm someone who can't eat spicy food at all, so I was really worried that it would hurt. The puffing up is really pretty. Glow It feels like I've put on some real honey. It's as pretty as a fried dough twist. I bought various Glow lip products, and if you just put this over a pretty tinted lip, it makes the most beautiful glossy lip. I'm not sure about the lasting power though.. I definitely want to repurchase.

To be honest, I was satisfied with the glossy coating feel I bought to get a glowing look when taking photos. As it comes up on Hwahae, it seems to have a little bit of lip plumpness, and when I take pictures, it comes out perfectly bouncy and beautiful.
Cons
It's really spicy, really spicy. It's not like I'm pouring it into my mouth, but how spicy could it be? When I say the amount that just brushed against the inside of my lips, my tongue just touching it was so spicy and my lips were stinging, and I had to hold back tears. To be honest, except for one or two times, I ended up not using it when taking pictures...
